Clio Posted April 10, 2006 Posted April 10, 2006 If you search my posts for the October, November, December timeframes, you will find I posted and posted and posted in clear, relevant terms what was purposed and accomplished. I was told I was adding to the Gospel, that I was wrong, that I was a heretic. Gerry was the sole person who posted what he learned of the Blood Covenant by purchasing and reading the book. The same was done to him. There comes a point when all the information has been placed in front of their eyes, when pleading with them to purchase and read the information combined with their Bible for themselves has all been done. To those who have not yet rejected or made a decision, I will gladly continue to explain. I have done so here. Time is short. And other things are piling up on my "to do" list from Abba. I am disobedient as it is by continuing to return here. Yet, I have many here still in my prayers and I continue to worry after their well-doing. I find threads occasionally where I cannot refrain from adding my comments... He is understanding, but soon I will be finished here. Shortly, if you wish to reach me, you must use other means. I do not know how shortly, but ... shortly. Quote A heart where He alone has first place.
Nicodema Posted April 10, 2006 Posted April 10, 2006 Clio, I wasn't on the forum during that time period (October-December last year)(at least, I don't remember being on here during that time?) -- maybe you could PM me with some links to the relevant threads. I have a copy of the Blood Covenant book and started trying to read it. It is VERY dry and extremely slow-going for me. I suppose the fellow has to lay a groundwork first for understanding the meaning of it in Scriptural context later on, but it is really dry going and I'm still in the first chapter. I have great difficulty reading when something doesn't flow at a certain pace or hold my interest and attention, and right now he's failed to capture either. I'll slog on, for the sake that I've heard there's something valuable to be gleaned from the book, but may I just say the author's style is bloody awful, all right? Would be far better if someone who has digested the contents could recreate them in a more interesting fashion and spare us the pen of Trumbull. Love, Nico p.s. you'd better stay in touch with me if you leave the forum!!! Don't go vanishing! Quote "After such knowledge, what forgiveness?" -- T.S. Eliot
