I thought, some time ago, of starting a thread that asked the question How do I become I high poster? I can't understand for the life of me how y'all find the time to post so often. I guess one of the disadvatages I have is that I believe in quality posting? Is there such a thing as a software that posts for you? You key in your general responses on key issues and it automatically responds, you can even set the amount of posts per hour, day. In fact, I think that I have been here longer than that.... No way! I'm not that great at math but you would have to post about six times/day to get about 9,000 posts in 4 years....correct me if I'm wrong. When I was in the Seattle area, I know I was posting on this board....3+2=5... I think I was on this board in Boise, that' makes it more along the lines of 7-8 years.... So, yeah, a committement of 8 years get's you 9000+ posts.... That's just 3 a day.... That includes posting articles...smileys, and replying as well... On another forum we kind of got into the postcount thing, and started a separate thread for 'post-pumping' for those who were keen to increase their counts. So some people fairly quickly (well, in maybe 3 years) got over 10,000 posts, by posting a bunch of relatively content-free posts just as a game. Mind you, I'm on about 8700 there, and haven't indulged in the pumping thread... Getting caught up in a passionate debate works too - I suspect the 'What's all the fuss?' thread has done wonders for your numbers. Quote Truth is important

(And I may not be in the upper reaches of postcount here, but I'm a relative n00bie compared to some here... so if I'm pointing the 'no life' finger, 3 fingers are definitely pointing back at me!) And of course I get involved with heated political threads. So it isn't too hard to post that many and still take care of the yard, spend time with the family and call a friend or two in the evening.
