True Story: An older woman enters an elevator which contains a younger couple. As they leave the elevator and exit the building, the younger male holds the door for the older woman and attempts to assist her in every way as they depart the building. She thanks him for his efforts. Evidently the young couple thinks that the older woman is deaf as they discuss this as they exit the building. The woman tells the man that it was really nice of him to assist that very old lady. He responds: Well when I become very old, have white hair and am all crippled up, I would hope that people would assist me. NOTE: The older woman was not deaf and she heard all of the above conversation.

HCH, yes, we should be aware of a "shaking" that will occur among the remnant believers in End Time. I have clicked on your cited URL and read the document that Samuel Koranteng-Pipim wrote in 2009. Unless I missed something, he did not mention The One Project once. But, you did not say that he did. Here is what Pipim says is the focus of his diatribe: I do not believe that The One Project has advocated a new morality. When Pipim writes against diversity of spiritual leadership, I find that interesting. All in all, I do not believe that your citation writes about The One Project. At least he did not, unless I missed it, mention The One Project by name. As I have see Pipim write in the past, and the present, I find that he is quite wiling to clearly identify people and groups that he was referencing in his writing. Are you telling us that your cited document was an exception in which PIpim, for some unknown reason did not want to identify The One Project? There is another important fact. Pipim wrote your cited document in 2009. The One Project had its first "gathering" in mid-2011, in Atlanta. IOW, in 2009 The One Project did not exist, unless you believe that Pipim had a prophetic revelation from God that informed him in 2009 of something that was coming in the future 2011. Well, I do not believe that Pipim had a prophetic revelation from God and you probably do not believe that either. So, the reasonable conclusion is that in your cited reference Pipim was not thinking of The One Project. But, as I have said, you did not say that Pipim actually mentioned TOP by name.

Yes Pam, it is a worth while subject! But comments are already going down the road of legal vs illegal. It's sorta like when we discuss 'the poor', a check list is inserted. I have pts every single day who do not speak english, been in the country for some time and it never crosses my mind as to why. I don't know them and it's not my business as to why they do not speak english. If a person is working, paying their taxes, payroll deduction, I don't care! Why, you may ask? Because most likely they want to work, not an expectation, but a privilege to earn an income. I know of a landscaper here in Denver that started his own business and is very successful using immigrants on temp visa's, year after year the same persons. His comments were he has tried to use local 'non immigrant' labor, but they won't do the work required. Nope, he doesn't pay his 'south of the border' people less, he pays them what they are worth and they always come back to him. He even helps them with the whole paper process. They are good workers, but then that shouldn't be the question. Speaking from a Christian perspective, my point of view, a need is a need regardless of race, color, religion, immigration status, non believer, etc. We are all humans on this planet, I see no need to discriminate, Christ didn't or we would all be lost. (my two cents, take or leave it )

I suspect more damage has been done by the brand of Christianity that has stood idly by in the face of injustice. Standing up for justice is a Biblical concept. Leaving that work to others is not.

Well, HCH, it seems that you would rather convict by "guilt by association" and 2nd hand so-called evidence. Well you are in company with those who convicted Christ of "guilt by association" and 2nd hand evidence. The One Project would like, in part, to restore that longing to be with Jesus.

I would suggest that Psychotherapy is free and readily available in the new earth. (I think Psychologists will be there)!
