My son is ambidextrous which enabled him to be certified as Capitan pilot. All controls for the Captain's seat are designed for the right hand. At the time I believe he was the first leftie to hold that certification. He does most things with his left hand; it was more difficult for him to pass the certification I write right-handed but do most other things left handed ... not truly ambidextrous

my grandpa was ambidextrous... he could write or paint with either hand..

Two of my three children are lefties and exhibit many positive characteristics.

LHC, why are you trying to provoke an argument with me? Why are you stating what you *think* I'm "satisfied" with, when I bluntly stated that the video had nothing to do with the topic? The men in the video were behaving like a couple of immature boys at school recess. Perhaps every so often along a road there should be a wooden post placed off to side where men can get out of their vehicles, go unzip their pants, and mark their territory.

Kinder, gentler and more loving than has been portrayed by organized religion, theology and beliefs systems. I think of Christs statement that He came not to condemn but to save. My best human equivalent......my mother, as a mother hen gathers her chicks under her wings.

I'm what they call mixed dominant --left handed in some activities and right handed in others. But not ambidextrous. Not able to do the same things with both hands equally or even well in most cases. Growing up, this made my dyslexia (already severe) even more difficult. The experts said I'd never be able to take care of myself or live on my own. They gave up trying to teach me reading and writing, and so I taught myself. All by myself. With nothing more than an old dictionary and manual typewriter. To college level in less than six months, in multiple languages, by the age of sixteen.

That is the difficult part, but, people that can/have make/made that a part of their everyday life are really enjoyable to be around. They give you a feeling of safety.

As with Sunday laws and the Mark of the Beast. We need to study what Mrs. White says and what she DOESN"T say. We have built a whole tradition as to how exactly it is to work out. Probably designed by the same demons who designed the whole Jewish tradition of exactly what was to happen with the Messiah came. Mrs. White sees a LARGER issue where Sabbath and Sunday are just an example of. The issue she is concerned with is liberty of conscience. Sunday laws were a way of telling some people that they are not allowed to follow the Bible according to the dictates of their conscience. I know it's hard to conceive with what happened in San Antonio last summer, but our pioneers were people who were thrown out of their beloved churches for being free thinkers. They agreed on a few landmarks, but they wanted to design a church that was not going to throw them out for not submitting to group think. As long as they were not fanatical and that there was indeed Biblical evidence that can stand the test of study, that they were free to hold different views on the non-landmarks. Mrs. White also says that the Sabbath-Sunday issue is going to play a role in the CHRISTIAN (i.e. Western) world and indicates that she sees other tests for other cultures and situations. Under the 7th head everyone would have to give up some principle of conscience for the good of the group. Sadly our tradition does not deal with this. I've heard a number of sermons on 3ABN Radio where the difference between keeping Sabbath and Sunday are that we have a higher court enforcing Sabbath laws. We have a tendency to use the same spirit of Sunday laws with the Sabbath and that the issue is who has the more important court, earthly nations or God. As long as we appeal to our tradition and this spirit we will not be preaching the Sabbath more fully.

What in Daniel connects to Obama's term as America's final president? My answer: NOTHING. But what in Daniel according to Christ Himself connects to the imminence of His 2nd Coming? My answer: the abomination of desolation. See Matt 24:14-31. After the gospel He wanted preached to the world had been preached, Christ told His disciples that the abomination of desolation spoken of by Daniel shall be set up. That setting up will trigger the start of the great tribulation = the time of trouble of Dan 12:1, 2. God will shorten the period of occurrence of the great tribulation or no flesh remains alive when He comes. IMMEDIATELY AFTER the great tribulation, unusual celestial phenomena will occur (e.g., solar eclipse by day coupled with lunar eclipse by night, etc.), and then our long awaited Savior comes again. As per Daniel 12:1, 2, God’s people will be delivered, all whose names are found written in the book (of life?). But what is the abomination of desolation? It is the image of the beast of Rev 13. How so? In Daniel, the word “abomination” is from the Hebrew #Quvi “shiqquts” which elsewhere in the OT refers to graven images or idols which pagans worship as their deities. See 1 Kings 11:5, 7; 2 Kings 23:13. The abomination that Jesus spoke about is one that will cause the desolation of God’s people just before He comes again. In Scriptures, there is only one image in the last days that will cause the desolation of God’s people: the image of the beast. See Rev 13:15. It is the false prophet of the beast who will cause the setting up of the abomination of desolation. The false prophet and the beast will be together against Christ and His armies in the final battle, the battle of Armageddon.

I believe in Oregon the 2 year exclusionary clause following the beginning of the policy would preclude paying for deaths from the use of the Death with Dignity, even though it's legal. When the Death with Dignity is performed after the 2 year clause is over, it's my understanding that the life insurance policy would pay the benefits to the beneficiaries.

Pretty sure a lot of people are projecting their own motivations onto Stan, and that, knowing him as well as I do, those things are not what he was saying. Arguments are futile when people don't care to learn.
