I did ask you to leave the bigotry out of the discussion. But it is really odd that you would cite a statement of Jesus from a book that calls Him the Lord God of the holy prophets to try to say that any Jew who believes that the divine Angel of the OT was Christ can't really be a Jew. That doesn't compute. Maybe what we should instead conclude is that any Jew who rejects Christ being the Messiah can't really be a Jew. It would make about as much sense.

Fortunately, the evangelists that I see on TV are not the least bit influenced by these revisionists.

As to # 4: The city of Richmond identified the gang members whom they believed would be most likely to commit murder. Based upon their evaluation of that person, they offered them a flat monthly sum of money for nine months. During that time they would be required to participate in a program to socialize them which included things such as obtaining a GED, getting a legal drivers license, anger management, etc. The idea was that during that period of time they would be prepared to participate in normal civil life and have employment skills that would make it possible for them to support themselves legally.

Mere assertions, yet again. And this time you've pitted your mere assertions against the writings of Jews themselves, including Psalm 2. "Let God be true, and every man a liar."

And I don't believe you. All you give, repeatedly, are mere assertions, without anything to support what you say. You're not the authority. God is. The Wikipedia article makes no such distinction as you are making. It states that the Writings are considered to be divinely inspired. The part I quoted said nothing about only part of the Writings being inspired.

Now you are suggesting that neither genealogy is correct while claiming that they are both correct. If you claim that there are multiple missing generations that make the stated ages of the fathers when their sons were born incorrect, then neither genealogy is correct, period. Gen. 5 says that Adam was 130 years old when Seth was born. If you say there were missing generations between the two, then Adam was not 130 when he beget Seth, period. And yet at the same time you say that the Torah is authoritative, even though you are putting some other still undisclosed source above Scripture.

The words "he made" in the phrase "he made the stars also" are supplied. All the translations state that "God made two great lights - the greater light to rule the day and the lesser light to rule the night". It seems obvious to me that these are referring to the sun and the moon. So how does "and the stars" fit in? Some scholars treat the phrase "and the stars" as a parenthetical statement that the stars were also meant as night time luminaries. I think the YLT clearly gives that thought. Furthermore, while most Adventists believe in the 6 day creation of life on this planet, not all believe that the earth itself was created during that time span. The first day of creation already assumes the existence of a planet covered with water that was created way back "in the beginning".
