She is a biological female who is NOT transgender. She does not attempt to pass as a male. Her desire is to be recognized for what she is, a female. Yet throughout her life the restroom police have often asked her to leave. The Lie Many Honestly Believed As Truth
8thdaypriest reacted to LifeHiscost for a topic
In general I'm satisfied of the total helplessness of man from his/her beginning because of Jesus comment, " …4Remain in Me, and I will remain in you. Just as no branch can bear fruit by itself unless it remains in the vine, neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in Me. 5I am the vine and you are the branches. The one who remains in Me, and I in him, will bear much fruit. For apart from Me you can do nothing......John 15 OTOH I'm also sure of man's total helpless depravity before being born again, because of this comment. 5For I was born a sinner—yes, from the moment my mother conceived me. 6But you desire honesty from the womb, teaching me wisdom even there. 7Purify me from my sins, and I will be clean; wash me, and I will be whiter than snow. 8Oh, give me back my joy again; you have broken me—now let me rejoice. 9Don’t keep looking at my sins. Remove the stain of my guilt. 10Create in me a clean heart, O God. Renew a loyal spirit within me. 11Do not banish me from your presence, and don’t take your Holy Spirit from me. 12Restore to me the joy of your salvation, and make me willing to obey you. 13Then I will teach your ways to rebels,m and they will return to you....Psalms 51 God is Love!~Jesus saves!1 point -
The Lie Many Honestly Believed As Truth

The entire human race is NOT/was NOT metaphysically melded into the "body" of Christ on the cross. The CHURCH is "his body". Colossians 1:24 “Christ's afflictions for the sake of His body, that is, the church.” Paul says we are "baptized into Christ (Gal. 3:27, Rom 6:3). We are "buried with Him IN BAPTISM" (Rom 6:4, Col 2:12). No baptism = no "in Christ" = no "buried with Him" = no "died". Ephesians 5:23 “For the husband is the head of the wife as Christ is the head of the church, his body, of which he is the Savior” (NIV). Jesus will NOT save the entire human race. He did NOT save the entire human race. He will save "the church, his body". Here's a statement concerning Gentiles, and their condition "by birth". Ephesians 2:11 “Therefore, remember that formerly you who are Gentiles by birth and called "uncircumcised" by those who call themselves "the circumcision" (which is done in the body by human hands)-- 12 remember that at that time you were separate from Christ, excluded from citizenship in Israel and foreigners to the covenants of the promise, without hope and without God in the world” (NIV). Certainly doesn't sound like those Gentiles were born "spiritually alive" - does it? They were "separate from Christ". So HOW could they believe??? Answer: through the DRAWING of the Spirit of Christ. It IS the power of Christ which enables belief - not from within the individual - but knocking/drawing on their hearts from the OUTSIDE - asking to come in. We don't "believe" without Him - but He acts from OUTSIDE - not from within. OK post getting too long. Gotta break here.1 point -
Time that the dead should be Judged
JoeMo reacted to 8thdaypriest for a topic
There is no veil in heaven - separating a first apartment from a second. Where God the Father sits IS the Most Holy Place - and Jesus sat down at the right hand of the Father. That said: The two apartments - I believe - symbolized a change of LOCATION - and a special EVENT. Thrones (plural) were put in place, and the Ancient of Days was seated. God the Father moved to a special judgment hall or arena, where thrones had been set up. One for HIM, and others for the judges of the heavenly "court". THEN - The Son of Man was brought before the Ancient of Days. (Daniel 7:13) I believe THIS will be the fulfillment of the Day of Atonement prophecy. I do NOT see this as happening when Jesus ascended to Heaven immediately after His resurrection. The things going on - on the earth - I believe - tell us this is the very END of DAYS. The "little horn" is speaking blasphemy, and has been persecuting the people of God for "time, times and a part". The little horn persecutes the saints right up UNTIL the Ancient of Days comes, and a judgment is made in favor of the saints of the Most High, AND THE TIME COMES for the saints to possess the kingdom. The saints did not take possession of the kingdom when persecution by the Catholic Church died out in Europe. They did not take possession of the kingdom in 1844. This is a FUTURE EVENT! In my opinion - of course.1 point -

A New Thought on the Restroom Battle

Yep. Wanna know why we have so many gender "confused" people these days? It's because too many people judge, judge, judge other people based on looks...enough is enough. The judging has got to stop. Period. If you're doing it, knock it off--every comment, snicker, raised eyebrow and side-ways glance is hurting another human being.1 point -

Time that the dead should be Judged
aka reacted to 8thdaypriest for a topic
My understanding is that the heavenly "court" of Daniel 7:9-10, will given "dominion" to Jesus (Dan 7:26-27). Jesus will then decide who will be part of His kingdom, and who will not. (All judgment is committed to the Son.) The "court" of Daniel 7 is concerned with the dominion - NOT with individual sinners. Rev. 11:15 The 7th trumpet sounds. All heaven is celebrating BECAUSE "the kingdoms of this world have become the kingdoms of our Lord and of His Christ, and He shall reign forever and ever!" This parallels Daniel 7:26-27. The "dominion" has just been taken away from Satan, and has been given to Christ. It is now "time to reward Your servants the prophets and the saints, and those who fear Your name, small and great." It is also TIME to "destroy those who destroy the earth." The time of His wrath has come", and "the time of the dead that they should be judged". And what happens WHEN Jesus receives the "dominion"? He immediately returns to rescue His sheep. This is the Second Coming!!! In Daniel 12:2-3, the people of God are delivered. Multitudes who sleep in the dust of the earth awake. Some are raised to "everlasting life" while some (the larger number) are "raised to shame and everlasting condemnation". THIS IS the judgment of the dead! And the 7 last plagues destroy "them that destroy the earth". Jesus said, "I know my sheep." He doesn't need 175 years + to figure out who "hear" Him, and who refuse to "hear". I don't understand the NEED for a long period of judging (figuring it out) time. Hence - I do not buy the 1844 date. I do understand WHY the Adventist pioneers got it wrong. They THOUGHT Jesus was coming that year. In Mrs White's "vision" of 1844, she describes Jesus IN the Most Holy Place in the blue ephod, breastplate, golden mitre, etc. Those were part of the daily garb - worn every day of the year by the High Priest EXCEPT on the Day of Atonement when he entered the Most Holy Place. Leviticus 16:4 describes the clothing to be worn for that entry. Her "vision" is another reason why I do not accept the 1844 date.1 point -
Happy Sabbath?

Happy Sabbath everyone. May you have a blessed day. For whatever reason, which I do not understand, when I got up this morning, I thought that it was Sunday. So, I went about preparing for what we had planned for Sunday. When my wife got up, later (I always get up before she does.) she had to bring me back to reality and that today is Saturday/Sabbath. She is hoping that my mix-up is not a portent of what is happening in my brain. I think it is funny and I am laughing at myself.1 point -
