What Does It Really Mean to Be “Born Again”?

Many Christians identify as born-again, but what does it really mean? Read more at http://www.beliefnet.com/faiths/christianity/articles/what-does-it-really-mean-to-be-born-again.aspx I'd be interested in what you think? Are there missing piece's, do they leave steps out or just skip over? Make it seem to easy??

We must not forget that before they sinned, Adam & Eve were righteous, having came out perfect from the hands of the Creator.

Ellen White Bibliography Not Including Compilations

Buzzards: There is some truth in what you say. Much of what SDAs read of EGW is from people with an agenda. It is all to often by people who string together a quotation or two and build it into a complete doctrine. It is often a misuse of her writings and mis-represenets her both as a person and as a writer. However, this does not mean that compilations of her writings do not have value. I happen to think that SELECTED MESSAGES has value. But, I think that there are others that are of very limited value. But, it must be remembered that some major compilations were produced during the time that EGW was alive and she was involved in their production.

    Weird and wonderful salads

I am trying out a strawberry/spinach salad. Who knew that strawberries and crunchy red onion would go well together? (I guess the people who made up this salad...)

Time that the dead should be Judged

I take it you forgot to read when I pointed out to you that Heb 6:19, 20 does not mean what you thought it meant.

What Does It Really Mean to Be “Born Again”?

Can you expound a bit on how a person can be righteous? Also, what exactly do you mean by "in order for the penalty payment that Jesus made on the cross to count for them"? Do you mean that people are not forgiven nor cleansed from sin UNLESS they first become righteous? I'll wait for your response, brother.

Time that the dead should be Judged

There is no veil in heaven - separating a first apartment from a second. Where God the Father sits IS the Most Holy Place - and Jesus sat down at the right hand of the Father. That said: The two apartments - I believe - symbolized a change of LOCATION - and a special EVENT. Thrones (plural) were put in place, and the Ancient of Days was seated. God the Father moved to a special judgment hall or arena, where thrones had been set up. One for HIM, and others for the judges of the heavenly "court". THEN - The Son of Man was brought before the Ancient of Days. (Daniel 7:13) I believe THIS will be the fulfillment of the Day of Atonement prophecy. I do NOT see this as happening when Jesus ascended to Heaven immediately after His resurrection. The things going on - on the earth - I believe - tell us this is the very END of DAYS. The "little horn" is speaking blasphemy, and has been persecuting the people of God for "time, times and a part". The little horn persecutes the saints right up UNTIL the Ancient of Days comes, and a judgment is made in favor of the saints of the Most High, AND THE TIME COMES for the saints to possess the kingdom. The saints did not take possession of the kingdom when persecution by the Catholic Church died out in Europe. They did not take possession of the kingdom in 1844. This is a FUTURE EVENT! In my opinion - of course.
