At present the first installment of The Peanut Gang got lost in the databank. I trust the Lord to correct the problem. In the between time I'll carry on with the story line and upload cartoon strips.

The following is a true story and the name has been changed to protect the person: We were gathered, as family & friend, to celebrate a birthday. A son of mine mentioned that he needed to lose weight and he was going to attempt to do such. Ralph spoke up and mentioned that he also needed to lose weight. He had signed up with Nutrisystem and was eating their food 4 or 5 days a week. But it was not working. In fact, he now weighed more than he did when he first signed up with Nutrisystem. After a couple of comments from people, my wife asked Ralph which of his three daily meals he was replacing with Nutrisystem. His response: I am eating my regular three meals a day. My Nutrisystem is additional food that I am eating and I am not losing weight. I am gaining weight!

When I was real young, my mother would serve spinach and I wouldn't eat it, until one day a helper on the farm who worked for my grandfather observed me refusing to eat my spinach. He shook his head and said, "Son, don't you know that is what makes Popeye strong. Don't you want to be big and strong like him?" Well, I changed my mind about spinach and started eating it, and I'm in my 80's and still eat it; however, I still haven't achieved Popeye's status yet!!

In the Sermon on the Mount, Jesus did more to flesh out the meaning of sin, than anyone had ever heard before, or likely since. I have heard in sermons even more on the commandment thou shalt not steal. One can steal someone's time, their reputation, even their heart, and their joy, or peace... all deceitfully.

@aka Over Sunday and Monday, we transferred to a new domain name, that was significantly more complex than what we anticipated. Most things are working well, there is something that I broke after everything was up and running. One of my favourite threads with the Peanuts gallery with Charley Brown, Snoopy and the gang I went to delete a single post and somehow I deleted the whole thread in error. I know the person well who created and update this. I am so sorry this happened, no software excuse I just did something wrong, I blew it all by myself. No one else is to blame. My options are this, to go back to the database backup last Friday and restore everything as it was to the old domain name, do the transfer all over again, and not haver any of the posts everyone did since Friday. Or keep on going without my favorite cartoon postings. I know Aka did a lot of work creating this thread over the years. The software people are putting into the next version of this, the opportunity to keep deleted threads in the database for a few days, however, that does help us now. I beg for forgiveness and would understand if AKA and those who really enjoyed that thread, not to return. If that is the case you will be missed.something I am so sorry Stan
