Buckle up, buttercups! The ride is about to get a whole lot rougher. It gets frequently alleged that because gay people are "born that way", they should be given full memberships in church with leadership positions and so on. However, it has also been said that other forms of perversions would come down the road with the same rationals. Well, the pedophiles are coming down the road for your children. There has been an active campaign going on for years, and not least of all in academia, to categorize pedophilia NOT as some kind of sexual deviancy worthy of society’s harshest opprobrium, but rather a ‘sexual orientation.’ It is very difficult to understand how slapping a ‘sexual orientation’ label on pedophilia will do anything to protect the real victims, who are, of course, the vulnerable children. In fact, it seems the new designation will only increase their chances of being victimized since the predators may feel that they have license to act according to their newfound status in the LGBTQS club. https://www.rt.com/op-ed/472854-pedophiles-born-sexual-orientation/1 point -

5 Things You Probably Didn't Know about Willie Nelson_2 On November 9, 1990, Willie Nelson's assets were seized by the IRS to pay back part of the $16.7 million he owed in taxes. Here are 5 things you probably didn’t know about country singer and songwriter Willie Nelson... Nelson Recorded a Special Album to Pay the IRS Debt After Nelson’s home and other assets were seized by the IRS in 1990, he was left with a debt to the government of $32 million. While it was negotiated downward, it was still a great deal of money to owe. Nelson recorded a new album called “The IRS Tapes: Who’ll Buy My Memories” to help pay that debt off. The limited-edition album cost $19.95 and 15 cents out of every dollar went toward paying down his IRS debt. “On the Road Again” Was Written on an Airline Vomit Bag Nelson said he was in an airplane with directors Jerry Schatzberg and Sydney Pollack, who were looking for songs to include in Honeysuckle Rose. He said the song just clicked inside his head, so he wrote the lyrics on one of the airline sickness bags that was provided. Nelson Calls His Favorite Guitar Trigger Nelson has had his Martin N-20 guitar since 1969, and it creates the sound that the entertainer wants in his songs. Over the years, the guitar has been autographed by more than 100 people, including Leon Russel, who was the first to sign it. The guitar was rescued more than once, first when it was pulled from Nelson's burning house and again when the IRS was seizing Nelson’s assets. (Nelson hid it.) Getting Into a Fight With Nelson Would Be a Mistake He’s been training for several decades in Gong Kwon Yu Sul, which is a type of martial arts practiced in Korea, and he was awarded a 5th-degree black belt in 2014 at age 81. His interest in martial arts began early when he was writing songs in Nashville. He also holds a second-degree black belt in Taekwondo, so despite his age, he probably isn’t someone to challenge. He Saved His Pot From a Burning House Nelson got home one day during the evening hours to find out his house in Ridgetop, Tennessee, was on fire. He ran into the house to retrieve a pound of marijuana that he had there but said he went to get it because he didn’t want to get arrested by police if the firemen found it. Unfortunately, about 100 tapes full of songs that hadn’t been recorded yet were lost in the blaze.1 point -

And she came to Jerusalem with a very great train, with camels that bare spices, and very much gold, and precious stones: and when she was come to Solomon, she communed with him of all that was in her heart. (1 Kings 10:2) Sheba, to the Jewish mind, was at the ends of the earth, Mat_12:42. It probably lay in southern Arabia, fifteen hundred miles from Jerusalem. The queen brought munificent presents of spices, gold, precious stones, and sweet-scented wood. The last-named Solomon used for musical instruments and for stairs in his Temple and palace, 2Ch_9:11. But the queen’s heart was set on plying him with hard questions, for which she had sought in vain a satisfactory solution. We may come to “a greater than Solomon,” Mat_12:42. Our native country may lie far away, but He will receive us, and give us the right to live forever in His palace, listening to His words and beholding His face. Let us bring Him, as our gifts, the faith, love, and loyalty of our hearts. Above all, let us lay before Him our perplexities and questions. He may not immediately reveal an answer, as Solomon did, but will put His Spirit into our hearts. And having the anointing of the Spirit, we shall know all things, 1Jn_2:27. Though the mind cannot grasp, the heart will be at rest. The Bible, as someone says, does not teach us philosophy, but makes us philosophers. Be sure to obtain and use your share of His royal bounty. You know I agree especial the person in the WH made pedophillia comments about his own daughter. When Donald Trump was watching his 16-year-old daughter Ivanka host the 1997 Miss Teen USA pageant, he turned to the then-Miss Universe and asked: “Don’t you think my daughter’s hot? She’s hot, right?” That anecdote, told to the New York Times by Brook Antoinette Mahealani Lee, appears to be the first recorded incident of the Republican presidential candidate and reality TV star making comments about his daughter’s body which those present have deemed inappropriate. In the almost 20 years since Mr. Trump has called his eldest daughter “voluptuous”. He’s said it’s OK to describe her as “a piece of a**”, though she is a senior executive in his business empire. And he’s said that, if she wasn’t his daughter, “perhaps [he’d] be dating her.” Independent Digital News & Media Limited 9 Donald Trump Quotes About Ivanka That Are Super Uncomfortable; elitedaily I could name a whole bunch more! Now, like I said we agree not only is it a sexual deviancy; but a sin including homosexual acts. You are so right what immorality right! You see we agree on something about the man in the WH! Objects in the Mirror May Be Closer Than They Appear

So, with this condition existing in the church it has to be much worse than even when Sister Ellen penned the following words more than one hundred years ago: The facts are before us. The burden bearers among us are dropping off into the silent grave. The active members of the church, the true workers in all reforms, are mostly past the meridian of life, and are declining in physical and mental strength. We should anxiously contemplate who are to rise up and fill their places. To whom are to be committed the vital interests of the church? The question may be asked by us with the deepest concern, Who will bear the responsibilities of the cause of God when a few more standard-bearers fall? We can but look anxiously upon the youth of today as those who must take these burdens, and upon whom responsibilities must fall. They must take the work where others leave it; and their course will determine whether morality, religion, and vital godliness shall prevail, or whether immorality and infidelity shall corrupt and blight all that is valuable. It is the way the standard is carried now that will determine the future. 5T128 Is this what you quoted above or not. Photodue; I do not need to watch DT's rally because that is not what I am interested in. I see him on the news everyday. My concern is the immoral acts he has done. Even stealing from the non-profit foundation. Stealing is a sin! He lies, cheat, cusses and people like you accept it as ok. He is breaking the Commandments which has nothing at all to do with politics. All who ravish in their sin will be brought down low. I just stand and say it! Be sure your sins will find you out-what's in the dark will come into the light. That's in the Bible so if you have a problem with what it says; then you have a problem with THE MOST HIGH! I am a flesh being just like you and I did not write the Bible! The Bible said it was Holy men moved by THE HOLY SPIRIT so, if you have issues please talk to THE HEAVENLY FATHER about it! Now, I just stand and cry out for the abomination that is taken place. Oh, that's in the Bible too! So, all who say they love THE MOST HIGH, then you need to have a talk with HIM! It is Word and I believe it, accept it, and tell it! I will never speak of his politic on this forum again and I promise someone that I wouldn't and I haven't. So, I have nothing to say about his political deeds at all! But, I can and will speak out against his immoral deeds against MY FATHER in Heaven! Happy Sabbath!1 point -

5 Things You Didn't Know About X-Rays On November 8, 1895, physicist Wilhelm Conrad Roentgen discovered a strange effect related to cathode rays. He called the rays and their effects X-rays. Here are five things you didn't know about X-rays... X Stands for "Unknown." X-rays were discovered by accident, and Wilhelm Conrad Roentgen, the physicist who discovered the rays, had no idea why they were doing what they did. He was experimenting with cathode rays when he noticed they caused another part of his equipment to glow; he also found that the rays allowed him to see a faint image of the bones in his hand. Because he didn't know why the rays could do all that, he named them X-rays, with the X standing for "unknown." It Took 9 Years of Unfettered X-Ray Use to Discover They Were Dangerous. Scientists didn't quite understand how dangerous X-rays could be for several years. The rays were quickly put to use in medicine and other investigative fields; people thought they were harmless and used them whenever they were needed or whenever people thought they would be helpful. It wasn't until 1904 that people realized the rays could have adverse effects when Clarence Dally, one of Thomas Edison's assistants, died of skin cancer that was thought to be related to his use of X-rays in research. Even after that, X-rays were widely used in society, even showing up in shoe stores as a way to gauge fit. They Were Originally Used to Burn Away Moles. If you thought the "shaving" method was nerve-wracking, think again. Scientists noticed that X-rays could burn, and thus they were used to burn away moles on the skin. That practice, thank goodness, has long been gone, but X-rays are still used in treatments such as cancer radiation therapy to kill off cancerous tissue. Someone Tried to Make Lead Underwear a Thing. In the early years of X-ray use, those rays became popular not just with doctors, but with the public at large. X-rays found their way into popular culture, with speculation about such things as glasses that could make you see through everything, including clothing. (Yes, even in the 1890s people were talking about X-ray specs.) As a result, manufacturers tried to sell lead underwear as a way to prevent potential peeking. They're Now Used for More Than Just Medical Exams. X-rays are a part of many fields now, from astronomy and archaeology to art and geology. While we think of X-rays as those things at a medical clinic, chances are that if you work in any field that involves physical investigation, you're going to encounter an X-ray machine at some point in your tenure. They can investigate more than just physical items into which you want to see; they've even been used to spot black holes.1 point -

Already the restraining Spirit of God is being withdrawn from the world. Hurricanes, storms, tempests, fire and flood, disasters by sea and land, follow each other in quick succession. Science seeks to explain all these. The signs thickening around us, telling of the near approach of the Son of God, are attributed to any other than the true cause. People cannot discern the sentinel angels restraining the four winds, that they shall not blow until the servants of God are sealed. But when God shall bid His angels loose the winds, there will be such a scene of strife as no pen can picture. {CTr 316.3} We are standing on the threshold of great and solemn events. Prophecy is fast fulfilling. The Lord is at the door. There is soon to open before us a period of overwhelming interest to all who are living. The controversies of the past are to be revived. New controversies will arise. The scenes to be enacted in our world are not even dreamed of. Satan is at work through human agencies. {CTr 316.4} But God’s servants are not to trust to themselves in this great emergency. The program of coming events is in the hands of the Lord. The world is not without a ruler; the Majesty of heaven has the destiny of nations, as well as the concerns of His church, in His own hands. . . . {CTr 316.5}1 point -

Trevor: You know EGW said in TM p. 105, to do not be like the Pharisees or the papacy. She said things that once see to be perceived as truth are found to be in error by studying and verifying there validity. How by praying and turning no stone unturned. Most SDA do not truly understand the sacrificial system of the Levitical orders. They don't even know that more animals were sacrifice on the Sabbath and the Holy Convocations Days then during the regular week. Now, you have turned away from the Investigated Judgment and that is very sad. This organization was founded on the 2300 hundred day prophecy that showed YAHSHUA going into THE MOST HOLY PLACE to mediator before HIS FATHER, THE JUDGE. It saddens me to think that you can take the foundation away and make the claim you are part of the SDA church. On Oct 22, 1888 THE SAVIOR moved into THE MOST HOLY PLACE. Leviticus never used the word daily only Daniel. You do not understand certain terms used for certain things and that's sad. However, I can only present and you have to take the time and see if these things are so! Be at peace!1 point -
Federal Court: Trump's "Conscience Act" exceeds authority but does not violate the Establishment Clause

I am a fan of the 1,150 day interpretation, because it fits inside the 1,260 days. I also do not believe that the day for a year" principle applies to all past and future eschatology - only to those "prophecies" (not prophecies, really; but judgements) which were explicitly identified for that application. So I believe the 1,150 or 2,300, and 1,260 days are literal days. That being said, I have come to the conclusion that most prophecy is not fully understood until it is fulfilled. So who "knows"?1 point -
