3ABN Round 2

I think that is very dangerous way of thinking. Of course, all have a chance to make an informed choice, but not after the millennium and not after being raised from the dead. Other wise that pronouncement of Michael regarding "let the filthy be filthy still" would have no meaning. There seems to be a number of views out there leading people to believe they do not have to take seriously making a decision now because "you will have all kinds of chances later."2 points -

There is the text which says "everyone who loves is born of God and knows God" (1 John 4:7). While this is a great text, does it really suggest that the atheist who loves actually knows God in spite of himself? I like that thinking. I have met many wonderful people who are not believing Christians. Now of course the "good" in these non-believers is as filthy rags, just as the "good" in the believers is also as filthy rags. Nevertheless I see "good" in these imperfect people. But if God is to save these "good" imperfect people, and forgive them as He forgave His crucifiers "for they know not what they do", does that render the whole idea of Christian practice and ritual meaningless? I do not know. I see through a glass darkly. The more I study and pray, the more questions and fewer answers I have. Perhaps I am not studying and praying sincerely; again I do not know.1 point -

Pastor Matthew: With all do respect, that is a poor excuse. I have admitted that my grammar is not the best. Sometimes I type and leave off what my mind is thinking and I do have a verb problem and I have been working on it. But as I stated and will continue to do so; we use the quote from the other person. If you read the quote from Rachel, you would not have become confuse. My opening statement was in response to her statement. In it you would have seen the lie, maybe she stated for me to make my statement. Is it so hard for you to apologize? You still trying to put the blame one me! You misspoke, I did not! Everyone knew it was me, it does not take a rocket scientist to know that! Why did you leave off my name? When you commented about me in the past, you used my handle, why didn't you this time? I truly don't know how to address this! I cannot read your mind only YAHWEH can. But, I feel that there is more to this so if so can you be honest with me. I have always given you the utmost respect and you know that. Can you please do the same! Blessings!1 point -

God tells us not to judge, if we do he will judge us as we judge others! No? But he never said we couldn't judge actions, etc.? Do we not sit on jury's when called to jury duty? It's the soul that we don't judge, God see's the heart and we only see and judge the outward!1 point -

5 Things You Probably Didn't Know About Bruce Lee On November 27, 1940, Bruce Lee was born in San Francisco. Lee went on to become a cultural icon among martial arts aficionados. To celebrate Bruce Lee’s birthday, here are 5 things you probably didn't know about martial arts legend Bruce Lee... Bruce Was a Competitive Cha-Cha Dancer Here's a weird fact, but it makes sense if you think about it. Bruce was a decorated cha-cha dancer— apparently, being light on your feet can translate to a wide variety of disciplines. He was the 1958 Hong Kong champion. On the boat over to America in 1959, Bruce taught the cha-cha to fellow passengers. Although he started the voyage sleeping in the bowels of the ship, he got upgraded to first class for his teaching efforts. Now that's resourcefulness. Lee’s Nickname Was Fitting According to Chinese astrology, Bruce Lee was born during both the hour and year of the Dragon, which is the strongest animal in the zodiac. It is believed that anyone born under this sign can overcome all of life’s obstacles. As a child, Lee was nicknamed Little Dragon, and this figure was prominent in his life and throughout his career. Lee Was so Fast, His Films Had to Be Slowed Down One of Lee’s pastimes was catching flies in midair with chopsticks, so it isn’t much of a surprise his films had to be slowed down so viewers could see the action. His films were shot at around 32 frames per second, but they were slowed to 24 fps for the movie audience. Lee could perform six leg kicks in one second, which is much faster than the human eye can see. Chuck Norris Was Given His First Movie Roll by Bruce Lee Lee was working as the stunt coordinator for The Wrecking Crew, a Dean Martin movie, and he and Chuck Norris were friends. Lee got Norris a job on the movie performing in one of the fight scenes, and Norris even got one speaking line. If you watch the movie, don’t blink or you will miss it. There Were Rumors of a Family Curse Bruce Lee and his son, Brandon, both died under circumstances that were somewhat unusual. The elder Lee died of cerebral edema after an allergic reaction, and his son died from a gunshot from a weapon on set that was supposed to have a dummy bullet in it. However, some have speculated that everything from the Chinese mafia to voodoo caused the deaths.1 point -

Pastor Matthews: The reason that I said that is what she stated Nov 18: "Has he lied about his personal relationships? Maybe. Can't say clearly. Is that enough to make me vote Democrat? No." I would think we all use the quotes that the person we are responding back to, so that everyone could read and see why we are saying what we are stating. Evidently this was not done. They all would know why I said; "There is no maybe if you lied!" Again, I was accused falsely because it was overlooked. I did not mention him as a businessman, Rachel did! "A billionaire businessman slept with more than one woman, was married three times, is blunt and direct, brags a lot, doesn't always "turn the other cheek", etc. etc. Agreed. I see that. Are those things enough to made me vote Democrat? No!" I stated; "You can excuse him of what he has done all you want. Businessman, police, doctor. lawyer etc., what he did and still is doing is wrong." If you notice I was not condoning any profession he may acquire, that was not my concern it was his actions against THE MOST HIGH! Yes, I did say to her and to other that they act like they adore him. I said that base on them admitting the things he continue to do. Even to the point of declaring that he said he was not a righteous man. Yet, it has been said that YAHWEH sent him! My point is I stand on what I said and not what I didn't say or meant. If I would have said anything wrong call a person here a liar, you know I would be the first to apologize. No, my name was not mention, however surprisingly a lot of what I said was known and taking out of context! I will say again, I am a person of deep principles. I tried to the utmost to practice what I present here on this forum. Have I made mistakes, yes I have and confess to them, along with an apology. I am never better then anyone here but neither am I less! We all make mistakes! When we do, we should simply admit to it and apologize. I am surprise, that when I came to identify that it was me and to state what was said was not correct. I felt, you are trying to make me feel wrong for something I have not done. I will say, you have come to me on many occasions in the past and asked me for clarification. This time you didn't and it makes me very sad!? Please, Make It Right!1 point -

What sets Christian love apart from non-Christian love is the ingredient of faith and trust in Christ. All the good deeds in the world won't save us without faith in Christ. I take it literally when Acts 4:12 says: "Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved.” So what about those who never learned of Jesus or got a twisted view of Him from misguided religion? I believe that one way or another, all will have a chance to make an informed choice for or against Christ. One way this could happen is when the "rest of the dead" are raised at the end of the Millennium, as proposed by Rachel. I like that theory. It gives me something to wrap my head around.0 points
