Abortion: The popular opinion of the ruling on abortion in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization is that the Supreme Court ruled that women do not have a Constitutional right to abortion. In actual fact, that opinion may be false. It may be that the court ruled that the 14th Amendment does not give women a Constitutional right to abortion. Another case, U.S. v Lauren Handy is proceeding through the legal system which posits that women do have a Constitutional right to abortion under the 13th Amendment to the Constitution. JUst an effective way to keep the focus off the man the left wing voted into office. As long as the interest and hatred can remain on Trump ,hopefully no one is looking at the tragedy at the border, inflation and all the rest that can in a large part be laid at Biden's feet.
