The 12th Amendment
phkrause reacted to Gregory Matthews for a topic
The 12th Amendment to the US Constitution is central to the focus of certain aspects of the political discussion over the past several years. You can access it on Internet websites. From a historical perspective, I find it interesting that certain aspects of the political discussion today appear to me to be similar to political actions that occurred during the period around the 1820s. We do not always learn the lessons of the past.1 point -

See, that's why I firmly stand on Matthew 24:1-14! It's a miracle, and we who believe in HIS Word watch and pray. Then, we can see how HE will show that this Gospel will be preached worldwide. People who believe in Project 2025 will show it is not by YAHWEH! Which includes Ben Carson. He wrote in this document also! I can say with sadness that I knew him and Candice when they went to Yale! They were dating then! My family fed them both and looked out for them. I called and asked for his help because my mother needed a specialist who could deal with her unusually high blood pressure. His secretary told me he got the message but never returned our call. I see what pride can do, and just like Tyre, you will fall! Project 2025 is Satan trying to block the Prophecy that YAHSHUA gives during these times of sorrow. Those who do not listen to what EGW wrote in Testimony to The Ministry p. 105-119 will not search the Scriptures to see if we have made errors and correct them and will be deceived by Satan. I pray that people will check out and see what Solomon wrote, that there is nothing new on this earth. History repeats itself, and each time sin is worse. We all cannot sit down and believe that we do not study and go over and check what we believe is true or not! Israel is no longer in existence because of all of the truth they received. They allowed the Pharisees to delude their mind. They had disconnected from HIM, not keeping up with HIS NAME and HIS SON'S NAME! When Black people lost their names and tribal heritage, they lost a sense of being! Those who refused moved from the mainland and moved them to the Islands. They also had to get rid of the drums, which were called talking drums. I was fascinated when I learned this in college. It changed my perspective, and I found out where I came from. From there, I became closer to YAHWEH and understood what HE Said to remember MY NAME, and then you will know HE IS our CREATOR! It makes a difference. This is my message, and now I present it to all to make a choice. Our names are important. Where did we get this important idea from? I give you YAHSHUA! I pray to all prove it with prayer, asking THE HOLY SPIRIT to show that this message is true. Israel leaders saw THE SON and the Bible in Exodus Chapter Twenty-Four tells it. Read it yourself; I did! Then Moses received the Commandments written by THE FINGERS of THE SON, who wrote it and gave it to Moses! (Ex 31:18) That is why HE warned them when they received blessings and curses; read it, please! You will find that HE Said very clearly they would be destroyed and their seed wiped out completely. Even Noah stated that part correctly before Moses. (Gen 9:27 and Deut Chapter Twenty-Eight) Shem, all of the people were wiped out! Nebuchadnezzar was a Chaldean and Abraham was a Chaldean. Abraham was a prophet, and his people, through him, learned about YAHWEH. Just think about it: how did Nebuchadnezzar know who YAHSHUA was and later told Daniel the truth about THE HOLY SPIRIT dwelling with him and the Highest? So, if these happen, it is all about who you will serve. YAHWEH say you make the choice but MY WORD will not come back void! It is not the papacy, folks; that is an error. EGW said it read it! It is the Evangelical who think they are above YAHWEH'S Laws; they are not! HIS KINGDOM is an EVERLASTING KINGDOM, and HIS WORD says: This Gospel shall be preached all over this word, and then the end will come! Satan is a deceiver, and he has no power over HIM, who created Satan! Project 2025 will not be victorious! A miracle has taken place, and it is HE that sits up, King, and takes them down! Blessings!1 point -

Joe Biden is out and Kamala Harris is in. Disenchanted voters are taking a new look at their choices Many voters who were displeased that they had the same choices in 2024 as in 2020 are taking a fresh look ahead of a likely matchup between Vice President Kamala Harris and Republican Donald Trump. That's especially true for left-leaning voters who weren't excited about Biden's campaign. Read more. Why this matters: The fresh start for Democrats does not eliminate the presence of “double haters” — voters with negative impressions of both candidates. But it resets the race and gives Harris an opening to introduce herself to a range of voters. GOP pollster Whit Ayres said true independent “double haters” could still go either way, depending on the campaigns’ messages. It’s unclear whether the new dynamic is permanent, but recent polls suggest the events of the past two weeks may have at least temporarily blunted the dynamics of the Biden-Trump rematch. Polls from CNN and from the New York Times and Siena College show that at least slightly fewer voters now hold an unfavorable view of both candidates. Republicans believe they can blunt any shift in public opinion with a barrage of advertising defining Harris as an extension of Biden’s record, especially on consumer prices and immigration, while also damaging her personal brand. (AP) — As the presidential campaign enters a critical final 100 day stretch, Republican nominee Donald Trump and his running mate, JD Vance, rallied supporters on Saturday in a state that hasn’t backed a GOP candidate for the White House since 1972. https://apnews.com/article/trump-vance-minnesota-harris-2024-presidential-election-22aee6ecb821032328c1e3d210b27733? Kamala Harris has America focused on multiracial identity An election year that was already bitterly partisan has been completely upended by President Joe Biden’s decision to drop out of the 2024 White House race and endorse Vice President Kamala Harris. But it’s not just Harris’s late entry that has electrified things. It’s also the history to be made if the likely Democratic nominee becomes the first female president who is also multiracial. https://apnews.com/article/kamala-harris-election-black-asian-multiracial-b57f251022d549e38b3c17946347f025?1 point -

Zoom is the new rally Illustration: Shoshana Gordon/Axios Gatherings of tens of thousands of Vice President Harris' supporters are raising millions of dollars for her campaign — and it's happening on Zoom. Why it matters: It's a new era of virtual rallies. These online events are cheaper to organize, easier to attend, and will be powerful tools for fundraising and voter outreach this fall, Axios' Jacob Knutson writes. ? Zoom in: On Thursday night, a "White Women: Answer the Call" Zoom event organized by activist Shannon Watts was attended by 200,000 participants and raised over $8.5 million, according to organizers. That came after two Zoom calls — hosted by Win With Black Women and Win With Black Men — earlier in the week, which together saw well over 300,000 attendees and brought in millions. ? What's next: The virtual blitz continues. Harris is set to give a virtual address at a Gen Z summit hosted by Voters of Tomorrow this afternoon. The group White Dudes for Harris will hold a Zoom call Monday night. ? Trump courts bitcoiners Photo illustration: Aïda Amer/Axios. Photo: Al Drago/Bloomberg via Getty Images NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Donald Trump will deliver a keynote speech at a Bitcoin conference in Nashville today. Why it matters: The former president's at the United States' largest gathering of bitcoiners comes amid cryptocurrency's emergence as a wedge issue in the 2024 election, Axios' Brady Dale reports. It's already caused some notable tech executives to pledge support — and donations — to Trump. ⚡ Catch up fast: Trump's head-spinning turnabout on cryptocurrency has brought more mainstream attention to the industry, and spurred hopes for favorable regulation. In May, he made headlines by inviting holders of his NFT series to his home at Mar-a-Lago, where he committed to end the regulatory hostility to the industry if re-elected. Later that month, he announced he'd be accepting crypto for campaign donations. ?️ The big picture: Industry participants are frustrated with the Biden administration for not making any progress on regulations that would help legitimize the industry.1 point -
