A Second Earth Moon is expected to begin orbiting the Earth on Sunday, September 29, 2024. It is an asteroid, about 33 feet in one dimension. It is expected to leave Earth orbit about 56 days later and return to orbiting the Sun. It may return to the Earth at a later time.
