It seems that in the current political climate issues of Diversity are being given publicity. I have a strong background in exactly what is being talked about today. I went through the basic training given to all Army Chaplains. That class also had Betty Pace as a student who was the 2nd female chaplain in the Army. Decades later I remain angry at what I saw her experience. At the link below, my thoughts on her experience have been published. Note: On the following website, my posts is the 2nd one published.

That time in my life was part of the foundation for my involvement in Diversity training. That included such during the time I was on the faculty of the Army Chaplain School. It led to a later time of training Enlisted members of the Chaplain Team, who were serving in Europe and the United States. And at a later time to working of a team who together trained some 1,000 employes of the VA. NOTE: If you do not know where I am coming from, I consider Diversity Training to be an important part of Labor Relations.
