Photo: Mike Walker This sunset, in Lahaina on Maui, was captured by reader Mike Walker during a trip with his wife, Jean, to see two national parks — Volcanoes and Haleakalā — in Hawai'i. Since 2019, Mike and Jean have been on a quest to see all of America's national parks. Mike tells us they've visited every single one in the Lower 48, plus a few in Alaska and Hawai'i.

The Internet is full of discussion on this topic, including citations to the Review article by Angel Rodríguez. However, it appears that the article has been removed from the Internet as I cannot find it. All citations, including the one at the beginning of this thread, come up empty.
