CyberGuy Posted May 6, 2007 Posted May 6, 2007 Imus may yet have the last laugh. He is suing CBS for 40 million dollars which is what remains on his contract. Turns out in his contract he is encouraged to be controversal and there is a clause that states that Imus MUST receive a warning before he can be fired. He did not get a warning so CBS is in violation of the contract. We will have to see how this turns out. Quote Riverside CA

If something is done that is wrong, I don't care what brand the person who does it wears, it is still wrong. What Imus said, liberal or not, was just stupid and offensive.
