guibox Posted November 5, 2008 Posted November 5, 2008 The concept that Jesuits are out to infiltrate the SDA church is further support on why people think we are a cult. Such cultic ramblings do nothing but further an apocalyptic doomsday mindset that has spawned cults and fringe sects that have stained the name of the Adventist church. I'm sure the Jesuits have more to do than to sit in the back of pews in SDA churches in Nosebleed, Alaska and take notes. It is no wonder that young people are leaving our church in droves with such ridiculous views such as this one, created by the paranoid minds of pseudo-cultists. Quote www.corbel.theacaistory.com

Taylor Posted November 5, 2008 Posted November 5, 2008 It's obvious you want to insult me and deny me the ability to defend myself. Rush, you obviously don't know Stan. I have never known him to deny the ability of anyone to defind themselves nor is he insulting. He may at times be "tongue in cheek" but not mean spirited. Quote
Stan Posted November 5, 2008 Author Posted November 5, 2008 Rush.. You are not the first to proclaim this, others in the past have done similar things. I was even exposed as a jesuit who had infiltrated.. I have had communication with folks who took their kids out of pathfinders, because well meaning speakers, explained to them the pathfinder badges, which are in the shape of a triangle, where Jesuit inspired.. That man is a popular speaker.... with some... My personal experience is that some folks want to explain to others they have the inside track on things that are unprovable, and cease to do the work that has been commissioned to us by our Lord himself. I have too often seen the results of the Jesuit talk, done my 'Ministers" split Church, close schools, and did not hear of lives being transformed, the end results were just bad. Some cases really bad. Frankly I am more concerned about some of my 'Protestants Brothers' than I am about Jesuits. AND my 'Protestants Brothers' include some commonly praised Ministries (outside of Adventism) That is some history... hope that helps to explain some attitudes. Administrators Gail Posted November 5, 2008 Administrators Posted November 5, 2008 Well said, Stan. I'm sure there is nothing that the devil would like better than for us to look at our brethren with mistrust and suspicion. Quote Isaiah 32:17 And the work of righteousness shall be peace; and the effect of righteousness quietness and assurance for ever.
Taylor Posted November 5, 2008 Posted November 5, 2008 The devil doesn't care how he has us divided and infighting, just so long as we loose our focus on the needs around us and the wonderful news in the Bible that we must share with others. Jesus is coming back soon and it is likely that times will get much worse than any person has ever imagined before Jesus gets back but that is ok because we know how the story ends. Quote

Jesus is coming back soon and it is likely that times will get much worse than any person has ever imagined before Jesus gets back but that is ok because we know how the story ends. Come on Taylor. What's the matter with you? Don't you know that the 'good news' is that Jesus is coming soon and therefore we must put away all heresy like eating meat and playing contemporary Christian music? Don't you know that the gospel is that we can be sinlessly perfect and must do so before the second coming or we will be lost?? 'Losing focus' is what happens when we allow apostasy like playing cards and swimming on Sabbath into our church to infiltrate our status quo. We MUST nit-pick on the details if we want to get back in God's good graces. The conservative way is the right way, don't you know? AS IF! If you can't laugh at that rubbish, you'd have to cry! Woody Posted November 5, 2008 Posted November 5, 2008 Stan ... I am getting a better picture of this now. I think I have it pegged. It is all about name calling. You know .. You can call someone a Jesuit and an imbecille if you don't agree with them. This places you on a higher spiritual level in your own eyes. It give one a good feeling about themselves and their knowledge. But I find no love in this. And God is Love. So, I have no choice but to reject the Jesuit conspiracy. No future there for me personally. Quote May we be one so that the world may be won. Christian from the cradle to the grave I believe in Hematology. Â
Guest truthseeker007 Posted November 5, 2008 Posted November 5, 2008 Since i am planning to become a diplomat, let me jump into this matter. I ll tell you what it s like; 1. Many people here like Stan and many others are doing a great job for the lord in their ways. I believe they have become so accustomed to the church that they don t really have the time or the energy left to focus on agressive powerfull evangelisation of this world. I believe many sincere adventists do a powerfull job preserving the gospel. 2. By preserving the gospel other people who are called by the Lord can do their duty in evangalisation. People like Walter Veith and many others are called to bring this gospel to the world. So which side is better?they are both of equal worth. Those from the first group just don t have been brought up with the same info as those in the second group and vice versa. I do believe Jesuits control a lot of things in the world, and they are probably behind many false doctrines and teachings etc, but it is hard to prove anything that is done in secret. I wouldn t go so far as to claim how the secret relations behind the scenes are, it s wastefull energy. We can never get a good picture of the tree, but we can look at its fruits. In other words, it is unnecessary to know everything about secret societies, let them expose their fruits and when their fruits have become ripe, we can attack them with our common sense bible truths. This saves a lot of energy, cult labels and other stuff. Rush i think you have got to apologise for name-calling. Even though Red is a Republican, he is a very nice and gentle guy trying to do the best he can and i can certainly sense some of Christ Characteristics in him. On a personal level you should focus on how to behave according to a Christian. I know that because i say it, it is hypocritical since i am worse than you are, but it s true. Quote

Woody Posted November 5, 2008 Posted November 5, 2008 And it is your self appointed job to stop this from happening? What a waste of spiritual energy. We MUST nit-pick on the details if we want to get back in God's good graces. The conservative way is the right way, don't you know? This the kind of stuff that causes divisions. If you're addicted to playing cards or eating unclean meat, or drinking coffee, or Rock music, or whatever, then just keep it to yourself. rush4hire Posted November 5, 2008 Posted November 5, 2008 One man's apostasy is another's spirituality. One man's spirituality is another man's apostasy. That's true. And those 2 guys are not united. So, why are people complaining about stuff that causes divisions? Apparently, there are already divisions. We can't say that we are united if we are not. That would be a lie. Those who accept the New Age teachings, or the New Theology, or the mystical occult teachings and guided meditation practices that are being taught by the Jesuits to "unite" churches from different denominations together, will be divided against their former brethren, and can no longer call them brethren. Is Jesus being divisive? Yes, He is. Does the Lord want us to separate, from those in apostasy? Yes. rush4hire Posted November 5, 2008 Posted November 5, 2008 And it is your self appointed job to stop this from happening? What a waste of spiritual energy. Man ... if it is going to happen ... it is going to happen. Our job is to spread the Gospel ... not the knowledge of the Jesuits. Let the Jesuits do their thing and we will do ours. "spreading of the Gospel" is a very vague statement, as if Rome is united with us, doing the very same thing? Is Rome spreading the Gospel, or is Rome the enemy of the Gospel? Has Rome not greatly hindered the Gospel, by wearing out the saints? Are those who are united with Rome, spreading the gospel? No. They are selling out. They are cowards, who are willing to get into bed with bloody, wicked, vile men who murder the saints. They are spreading some universal theology. That's not the Gospel of Jesus Christ. It's based on works and rituals. It's the same pagan garbage of the world. It has nothing to do with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. It's nothing. It's not the real thing. It's a false gospel who's only purpose is to make people think they are saved, when they are completely lost. They are so lost, they are willing to unite all the religions of the world and persecute those who don't unite. Those who don't unite, are the saints. Do we call Rome's Gospel, the true Gospel? Are you kidding me? Go ahead, if you think it's a big advantage to have the majority of the people on earth, united with you. We are not like all the churches that are willing to unite with Rome. Why would you want us to be? Does the Gospel not include a warning to not unite with Rome, and that whoever does unite, will receive the plagues, and will not have eternal life? Yes, that's what the Gospel says: [color:#BF0000]Rev. 14:6 And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people, .... 14:9 And ... If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive [his] mark in his forehead, or in his hand, 14:10 The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God .... and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone... That is the Everlasting Gospel. It includes a warning against worshiping the beast. It DOES NOT say, "Just go ahead and worship the beast, as long as you're ignorant." guibox Posted November 5, 2008 Posted November 5, 2008 rush, who said anything about 'uniting with Rome'?? Please explain how we here might be following Rome? It is the uber-conservative that is more akin to Rome in methodology and works oriented salvation. What exactly is your point? Quote www.corbel.theacaistory.com
Guest truthseeker007 Posted November 6, 2008 Posted November 6, 2008 Rush 1. Would you please apologise to Red for your insult? 2. Please don t make false accusations. We never said anything about uniting with Rome. 3. Somewhere in the old testament it was prophesied that apostate adventism would join apostate protestantism when the troubles begin because people didn t realise they were part of a serious church and don t want to lose everything. I believe we can assume that God takes care of his church in the way he likes and has already foreseen what is going to happen. Just like you, i ve had times i wanted to play for God because i saw so many things that are wrong in this world, but now i realise i have to let God do the big works. Just the small, everyday life things are hard enough to me. 4. If somebody says something, please don t respond with qoutes all the time. I mean it s ok to use the bible, but with the bible we can justify practically everything, from slavery and child murdering till turning the other cheeck when you get hit. I have no bad feelings for you though. Who am i to critice a fellow brother right? I only have good intentions though. I am not a hooligan anymore, but there is one thing that they have teached me. If you don t stand as one, willing to sacrifice everything for your fellow brother it s impossible to stand your ground. So a little less division would be nice. Quote
Neil D Posted November 6, 2008 Posted November 6, 2008 I have quotes from official Jesuit web sites from The Jesuit General, the "Black Pope", himself, as well as other prominent Jesuit leaders, as proof of this fact. Do you have first hand knowledge of someone in the Adventist church being a Jesuit? Do you have first hand knowledge that Jesuits in general are planning to take over the world, and control everyone in it? If not, what good is your information? Is it relavent? I don't believe it is...but then that is YOUR passion....an adventism that fights against something . What is Adventism FOR? What does it stand for? What does it mean to be an Adventist? If you can not answer these questions, you are NOT an adventist.... That's my opinion...and I will stick with it....until corrected.
