All the texts you gave and many more make very clear that it is not believing in the person, but believing in the message. Paul would have us believe in the person, because his message is not the same message that the Son of God gave. When the Son of God taught about faith it was belief in the power of God, you could move mountains, so to speak. He never taught that faith was the key to salvation through His grace. He never taught that it was necessary to die with Him so that His Spirit can give life to our "dead" flesh (spiritually speaking)(see for reference Rom. 6:5-10). Joh 6:63 "It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing; the words that I have spoken to you are spirit and are life. The Son of God said this after teaching that it was His flesh and blood that was the true food that would give life. This teaching was repulsive to those who listening, because they did not comprehend the spiritual nature of the Son of God. Again, He is not teaching that it is necessary to die with Him and be resurrected with Him to receive salvation. Joh 3:36 "He who believes in the Son has eternal life; but he who does not obey the Son will not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him." Matthew 13:40-43 "So just as the tares are gathered up and burned with fire, so shall it be at the end of the age. "The Son of Man will send forth His angels, and they will gather out of His kingdom all stumbling blocks, and those who commit lawlessness, and will throw them into the furnace of fire; in that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth. "Then THE RIGHTEOUS WILL SHINE FORTH AS THE SUN in the kingdom of their Father. He who has ears, let him hear. If we are living at the end of the age, I am certain we are, then this is applicable to us now and this is happening now. Quote
