I think Faith is the same way too, it must be exercised and it will increase. To not take hold of the measure given would be a refusal to obtain it. And it looks like the scripture brings that out. Lu 17:5 And the apostles said unto the Lord, Increase our faith. 2Th 1:3 We are bound to thank God always for you, brethren, as it is meet, because that your faith groweth exceedingly, and the charity of every one of you all toward each other aboundeth; Mr 9:23 Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth. Mr 9:24 And straightway the father of the child cried out, and said with tears, Lord, I believe; help thou mine unbelief. Heb 11:1-40 is a whole chapter dedicated on faith and brings out the faith of those in the old testament. It has always been the faith of Jesus. Please answer only the truth. sky I am being warned by others, not by your actions here. I am impressed that your heart is desiring truth. If you are questioning the church because of the heresy abounding in our denomination, I completely understand, but may I prayerfully submit for your approval the perspective our Lord has given me? We are in a worse condition than that of the church when Jesus came the first time. Isaiah 30 warns that it would be so, that in the last days scoffers would come saying where is the promise of His coming for everything remains the same. They would not listen to the Prophets and force the teachers to preach smooth things. But these are things that also prove where we are in the scope of end time events. (please read my Blog about 9/11 beginning the great shaking. http://godheldthefourwinds.blogspot.com/2011/12/911-god-held-four-wiinds.html ) Mrs White was shown these things too, but she said God showed her we would "never again be called out". We are not in the time of the scattering but in the time of the Gathering. We will be brought together through the truth just as at Pentecost. The wicked will be shaken out of the church not the other way around. Believe Christs words IT IS COMING SOON. When Satan appears as an angel of light and we are warning the world that this apparition is not from God, the tares will leave from fear and we will be all alone with our faith. Then you will never again have to worry that the church is not what God wants, ever. Do not leave, let them leave. They are wrong, God is right. But the men who hinder are still somewhat in power right now. That does not make them right. It is just history repeating itself. There are still the heavenly ordained in our midst, and more than a few Nicodemus's in God's true last day church. There are still 144,000 who have not bent their knees to Baal left in his remnant church. I hope this helps you because God needs you in His church in a humbled position so He can make you shine. To the best of the knowledge given to me, Jesus never called anyone out of His faith, the Jewish church, they separated themselves and then He said "your house is left unto you desolate", not His house. Jewish Christians remained in Jerusalem for 39 more years continuing to go to the synagogues around the world. Acts 1:4 and, being assembled together with them, he charged them not to depart from Jerusalem, but to wait for the promise of the Father, which, said he, ye heard from me. Then they went boldly into the synagogue of Satan and continued to proclaim the message. The Seventh Day Adventist church and those called out of Babylon into the church are not just the foolish virgins. They are all ten virgins some of which are asleep but others have a limited sense of the sufferings of Jesus. This church went through the great disappointment as prophesied after eating up the sealed book of Daniel. We received and are receiving the promises of the gifts of the Spirit. We are also apostatizing and lukewarm just as foretold. But from these will arise the remnant inside the sanctuary of the most High. It will be proven who has heard the voice of the Father and who has not. But never again will there be a calling out from this church of peculiar beliefs.

Can you imagine how difficult it would be to enter the temple or a synagogue just after Jesus was hung on the cross? They feared for their lives but still came to the temple to teach the truth about Jesus. They did not separate themselves, they were beaten and spit on in God's assembly. The vale had been torn and the services of blood were over and done away with, but the congregation still met in the court of the temple to worship in contrition. This is synonymous with our church. We are the extension of the covenant. Our faith is an eternal one.
