Ya'll really believe that Jesus condemns conservatism, liberalism and legalism....And none of you want to be in any of those catagories....and yet....you guys still make the same mistakes as those saducess, pharisees and the legalists.... Jesus never condemn those who concidered themselves conservatives or liberal or legalists....What He did condemn was radicalism...and how these philosophys take hold of a generation..and spoil the whole bunch of people.... All He was after was relationships...He loves you guys and does not condemn you if you have a relationship with Him. You may be conservative in your views....He still loves you and will guide you....You might tithe too much and overlook the weightier matters, or look for ways around the traditional rules, but He doesn't deny your attempts for a relationship thru conservative thought... You may be liberal in your views...He loves you and made you to be that way...He will not condemn you if you have a relationship with Him...You might be disbelieving the theological end result of a pratical matter [as in a woman who had seven brothers], but as long as you are still looking, God will not condemn you for your liberal views. You can even be a legalist. He doesn't condemn you if you have a relationship. Look at Zachisus...that little man...who promised 4 times the amount of compensation for those people that he cheated...That's what the Law required...He was a legalist. And yet, salvation 'came to Isreal". You guys forget the political spectrum that Jesus had among his disciples...a zealot[throw the roman yoke off our people] and a tax collector [money makes the world go round]...and fishermen to boot [looking for something to eat today, and will let tomorrow take care of itself]...but they all had relationships with Jesus.... Ps 119:105 NUN. Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path No darkness there at all.
