LifeHiscost Posted December 19, 2013 Posted December 19, 2013 Indeed and...Forsooth! As the Good Book says anyone who accepts Christ is no longer a pagan. He becomes a son of God through the new birth. "But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name (John 1:12)." Good news! `G Noticed the lowered "voice" in the sentence above Og and couldn't figure out why you found it necessary. Just askin' I'm of the opinion it would be better served it it were repeated like this, "But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name (John 1:12)." God cares! Jesus saves! Lift Jesus up!!
LifeHiscost Posted December 19, 2013 Posted December 19, 2013 Quote: The real question is, Can they be converted to Jesus. If so, then they can be saved. Amen and forsooth, even if that's not according to M&W's God cares! Jesus saves! Lift Jesus up!!
LifeHiscost Posted December 19, 2013 Posted December 19, 2013 Quote: The pagan who rejects Christ has stopped following the leading of the Holy Spirit, for the Holy Spirit's job is to lead humanity to Christ. Not to be picky but thought it might be worthy of note. "No one can come to Me unless the Father who sent Me draws him; and I will raise him up on the last day. It is written in the prophets, ‘And they shall all be taught of God.’ Everyone who has heard and learned from the Father, comes to Me."John 6:44-45 NASB God saves! Jesus cares! Lift Jesus up!!

M. T. Cross Posted December 19, 2013 Posted December 19, 2013 Olger, I guess its good to see you expanding your horizons and adding pagans to the gays, environment, W/O as things you need to obsess against. Still I think I liked you better when you talked more about construction, machinery, cars and bikes - you know, things you actually know something about.
