As to the subject:

And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God

How many "good"? None, but God. And remember Jesus is God. So when Jesus was walking this earth He was the only one "good."

Now to define "good":

Ex 33:18 Then Moses said, “I pray Thee, show me Thy glory!” 19 And He said, “I Myself will make all My goodness pass before you....

"Thy glory" = "all My goodness"

Not check this out:

“It will be seen that the glory shining in the face of Jesus is the glory of self-sacrificing love [i.e., agape]. In the light from Calvary [where Jesus showed His ultimate love] it will be seen that the law of self-renouncing love [again, agape] is the law of life for earth and heaven; that the love which "seeketh not her own" [i.e., is not self-seeking] has its source in the heart of God; and that in the meek and lowly One is manifested the character of Him who dwelleth in the light which no man can approach unto.” DA 20

So when Paul states, "All have sinned (past tense) and fall short of the glory of God" he means that all are coming up short compared to God's agape love. Remember, agape has no self-love in it....It is selfless!

Let's look at this love:

Will anyone take the full dose that is needed? No. That is why we will need to be changed at His coming. In a moment in the twinkling of an eye ... we will be changed and no longer sin.

We will thus be fitted for Heaven.
