Greetings to Everyone:

On June 20 I was working in the evening. I was a prostitute. I had been working the streets since I was 16. The reason I started at that age is not as important as where I am now. I was a heavy drug user. Mostly crack. I drank a lot. I still am battling with cigarettes. This is the really hard part that I have shared with many of my friends who are no longer my friends but some have accepted what I have shared with them to be truth. I do not share this for you to look at me but to look at Jesus, as He is the one who forgave me in the life I was walking and now walk in a new way.

I was on my corner when a man in a convertible said he would like to speak with me. I said, “Sure.” I climbed in and we began driving. He looked over at me and called me Candace. I was shocked and thought the worst. He then said, “Do not be afraid.” He began to explain to me that he had been sent to give me a message and that message was from Jesus Christ. He told me that Jesus is coming and that He wants me to get ready to go to heaven. I was very scared and told the man that I did not want to die. The man said, “Do not be afraid because no harm will come to you.”

The man pulled into a shopping center parking lot and stopped. He told me that there is a man that is receiving messages from Jesus and that this very night Jesus would show him the importance of the cross that He died on. This man told me the man’s name is Ernie Knoll, that he has been receiving dreams from Jesus and that the dreams can be read on a web site www.4hispeople.com/dreams.html . He told me the web site and I wrote it down. Then the man told me to find a TV show called “It Is Written” with Shawn Boonstra and another TV show called “Amazing Facts” with Doug Batchelor and that these men will teach me what I need to know. I wrote down these TV shows and their names. Then the man said that these three men have been selected by Jesus to do an important work together for Him, that I was to change the way I live and that Jesus is coming to take me to heaven. The man said to keep watching for Jesus, that there is much to learn and this is a good place to start.

The man then got out of the car and walked around to my door and opened it so I could get out. He pointed toward the buildings and said that there was a meeting going on in there and they would help me with my questions. He said he was to leave but for me to walk in the new way in which I was shown. As I looked at the man, he had the way that he looked change right before me and I fell to my knees and began crying. I watched as I saw this man change into a bright being of light. I watched as he had wings that somehow came out from behind him and he flew up and away.

After a few minutes I got up and noticed there was no car there. I started walking to the place in the shopping center where there was a religious meeting going on. I went in, sat down and tried to listen but I was numb and shaking from what had just happened. After the meeting ended I spoke to several of the people there and they made me feel welcome. They gave me a Bible and a book called The Great Controversy. …

The Herald stands up and says to hold fast to my courage, as he will now show me things which must happen. He again says he has much to show me. We begin walking through the corridor wall. On the other side I find we are at a very high altitude in the sky, as if we are a bird flying, watching our country. I see destruction unfold on the face of the earth. {3} Great round burning objects hit certain cities which destroy all who live there. These round objects cause the earth to shake. Even though I cannot see other parts of the world, I know the things I see in front of me are happening there as well. In order to see better, we descend closer to a certain city. I watch as vehicles on highways and interstates crash. The roads that the cars and trucks are traveling on open up into crevasses. It is as if the road is pulled apart. In other areas I see the roads begin to crunch together and the pavement stack up on top of each other, becoming pavement on top of pavement. We turn and I see large airports. The runways disappear into the earth. The airplanes have no place to land. I am now taken to other areas that are not as densely populated, and the people there are unharmed. There are many towns and cities that are not destroyed. I ask the Herald if I may tell which cities. He answers, "No, that is not permitted." He explains that each must learn the guidance of the Holy Spirit concerning where God would have them live. He then says, "Come, I have more to show you."

The Herald and I return to the corridor and pause for a little while. He explains, "His people are to understand that the next thing I show you must happen. God is in control." We pass through the wall and I am now watching many funerals all at the same time. I know that many elderly people have been laid to rest. I am also shown that many infants and small children are laid to rest. The Herald explains that this is in God’s love, that it should be understood they are laid to rest so they will not have to endure the time that is upon us. {5} I watch as mothers say goodbye to their newborn or young children

Ernie and Becky Knolls will be having a 1 day meeting in Huntsville March 28,2009 and another meeting in Atlanta April 11, 2009 where they tell the history of how God called them into this work and answer questions. Their meetings are free, their materials books and CDs are all free.

For those determined to "continue snoozing" and to encourage others to "do the same" there is probably a way to hand-waive in dismissal whatever glaring warnings God sends our way.

But for the rest...a word to the wise is sufficient.

I have seen his (Ernie's) web site before, and I have heard some troubling things about his claims of having these visions. I really do wish, that what he says is true (that is that Jesus is coming soon). I will not be going to see him or visit his web site anymore because I believe he is a false prophet.

I understand your meaning. If you have Christ you have life. If you are standing on the Rock...if you have accepted JBF then you are ready. However, one might be ready to meet Jesus, but one might not be ready for the time of Jacob's trouble.

I believe God will lay to rest those who can not bear it. Having said that I must assume that some of us will go through it. Are we now ready for that?

Yes and no. Yes, because we stand perfect in Him, but maybe no because we don't have the faith of Abraham. Our faith needs to mature to the point that no matter what happens we will remain with Him by faith. Our faith must become unshakable.

How does this happen? Must we become more holy...strive harden to keep the law for our assurance? No, we must be rooted and grounded in the love of God and the gospel of Jesus Christ. We must have the absolute assurance of salvation or we will never be ready to stand in the TOT.

Part of being born-again is to have a "love of the Truth" - so when Christ says that He will send His prophets to speak to His people at these major events in earth's history "Amos 3:7" we need to be among those who are found to "listen" because we have a "Love of the Truth" 2Thess 2 -- rather than those who find reasons not to listen.

indeed. "Do not despise prophetic utterances" -- 1Thess 5:20. Desire earnestly to prophesy" 1Cor 14:1 develope a "love of the truth" 2Thess 2. But do so in a way that Biblically and accurately "tests the spirits" 1John 4:1

Trying the spirits is a good thing.

"Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world."1 John 4:1 KJV

OTOH, I haven't seen any evidence of comments in dispute with the Scriptures, although some of the descriptions are difficult to wrap my head around. But as I recall__

And God didn't say Ellen White was to be the last one to have special insights into His plans for His children.

If they say something that is not contradicting what we know is true and we can see that what they are saying points us "in the right direction", toward Him and away from self, then we can be sure it is from God.

Isn't that what the Bible tells us to do? Aren't we suppose to search the scriptures daily to see it this stuff is true? That all takes time. (A person could save a lot of time by knowing what the Bible is saying before listening to someone else though, don't you think?)

Your Bible is the key here, not what anyone else says, including EGW. (I have read a great deal of what she says though and have found that she is saying the same thing the Bible is saying. She is just saying it in a way that is easy for me to understand. I kind of need that, maybe you don't.)

When Matteson and Loughborough gave Ellen White their written version of their inspired dreams -- Ellen White's reponse was not "we don't need any more prophets - we have ME" rather she printed them in Testimony #13 (found in vol 1 of the Testimonies today). She prefaced the publishing of those inspired dreams with the statement that inspired dreams are "just as much the fruit of the Spirit of Prophecy as visions".

And yet we find this response on this thread

I really don't think we need anymore prophets. We can discern the season. We have so many red books. We have bible translations in almost all the popular lang. We know what to do.

If we are going to listen to the Bible - then we listen when it says NOT to turn away from prophetic utterances (1Thess 5:20). We listen when it says that Prophecy will be needed all through time - "until the church reaches the measure of the maturity of the stature that belongs to Christ" (glorification) as we see in Eph 4. We listen when it says that we will always welcome God's prophets "hear them". We listen when it says that "prophecy is a sign to believers" 1Cor 14 and that WE are to "desire earnestly.. that you may prophesy". In fact it is pretty hard to claim that we want to listen to the Bible and NOT God's prophets -- when the bible does not endorse that course of action.

The same is true of Ellen White's work - because in 2SM 57 she herself predicts AND "condemns" the future rejection of God's prophets by Adventists!
