But we aren't under law, so it can demand nothing!

Any works done through us are for others (so they may see a glimpse of Christ). The Spirit produces some thirty-fold, some sixty-fold and some one hundred-fold.

The child of God is not under law but under grace as long as he continues in the faith. The grace of the Holy spirit enables Him to do for himself that which it is not in his power to do for himself namely to fulfill all the requirements of the law.

"What is justification by faith? It is the work of God in laying the glory of man in the dust, and doing for man that which it is not in his power to do for himself." T.M.456.

"If you have a sense of need in your soul, if you hunger and thirst for righteousness, this is an evidence that Christ has wrought upon your heart, in order that He may be sought unto (through faith in His merits) to do for you, through the endowment of the Holy Spirit (His grace) those things which it is impossible for you to do for yourself." M.B.19. *parenthesis supplied

"The merits of His sacrifice are sufficient to present to the Father in our behalf." S.C.36.
