Samie the individual is a child of fallen Adam and hence a sinner himself.  He is not in heaven.

However, Christ took the corporate life of Samie and by His birth, life, death and resurrection has become the 2nd Adam.

 "In Christ" Samie has a new, glorified life.  This life Samie will receive at the 2nd coming if he accepts the gospel.  It's just that easy....Why complicate it?
