Most people on the North American continent seem to have difficulty with the concept of speaking multiple languages as an almost natural way of life. Most Americans know little more of another language beyond the few words they can remember from their high school Spanish class. In the academy, one of the guys in my dorm was from Norway. He was fluent in five languages. Many people in Europe are fluent in multiple languages. http://www.hebrew4christians.com/Articles/Jesus_Hebrew/jesus_hebrew.html GayatfootofCross and Disciple of YHWH 2 Quote >>>Texts in blue type are quotes<<< ***************************************************************************** And therefore as a stranger give it welcome. Brother Stan, Yahshua spoke/read Hebrew(as that was the sacred language for studying the Torah) but the language of the time most spoken was Aramaic so that is what he spoke day by day. Though I'm sure Christ could speak any language if he chose to(being God and all). The Old Testament was written in Hebrew. Quote
JoeMo Posted June 6, 2018 Posted June 6, 2018 This is all too complicated for me to even comment on. I'm happy calling the Father "Father" or "Daddy" and the Son "Jesus", or "My Lord " or My King". If God is so persnickety that He won't save us unless we call Him by the right Name (among perfectly obeying 662 other Laws), then He's too persnickety for me. I have a formal name; but people call me by over a dozen names and nicknames. I know who they are talking to. God is a lot smarter than me. I think He knows when we're talking to Him, no matter what we call Him. Just one piece of friendly advice to Disciple: Not many on this forum will care about what you post until you show that you care about what others think. You are very good at putting scripture together in a nice, tight package - better than most. But despite what you say, it feels like you don't care about what others think unless they "prove" their opinions by a lengthly and exhaustive list of scripture to back it up. It's reduces discussion to just a "war of words". You want to discuss challenging "doctrine"? Establish some sort of relationship before or during the discussion. You may win a battle or two by your expository skills, but you may very well lose the war. GayatfootofCross 1 Quote

You may win a battle or two by your expository skills, but you may very well lose the war. Brother, I honestly don't see how it is complicated. Christ's original name is Yahshua, it was the only name given to us by Yahweh by which we may be saved. That's pretty straightforward to me brother. It's no more difficult to call Christ "Yahshua(Yah-shoo-ah)" than it is to call him "My Lord". Yahshua is the Formal name that people must be baptized in , the only name given by which we can be saved. Outside of that brother, you can call him My Lord and My king and Son of God as those are secondary names(closer to titles) but first and Foremost call him his formal name Yahshua. What 662 Laws are you speaking of brother? I don't see that many laws in the New testament, and the 613 from the Old were completed. Yes brother, the Lord knows when we are speaking to him, but he only gave one name for us to be saved by. Brother, I do care what others think/their opinion but unless it can be proven as the Lord commanded it to be(with scripture/strong doctrine), I cannot accept it. I consider what each of them has said but I can't accept something without proof, just as I don't expect anyone to believe what I am saying without proof. Brother, that is how we are supposed to discus, scripture should be the starting point/foundation of any discussion about the Word of God. After the scripture has been provided then you can discuss with words to explain your position, then the other person either denies and provides scripture and explanation for why they disagree or they accept. As to forming a relationship brother I do care about each and every person I have spoken with, you included, if I come off as uncaring that is not my intent. But if I have to choose between discussing God's word without it being present to try an form a relationship with someone, or forego the relationship to continue following the commandment of God to prove everything he has said by his word Alone. Then I have to choose the Latter option brother. Don't get me wrong I want to form a bond with each of the people I speak with but we are not discussing the right way to bake brownies or build a shed, we are discussing the manner in which a man might achieve salvation. Were we discussing everyday matters I would be more than happy to just give my opinion and not cite references to prove the point I am making, neither would I need proof for what the other person thinks is the best way to bake brownies because it wouldn't really matter it would all just be personal opinion. But we are discussing the our very salvation brother, and what is required to attain it. To do that we have to examine the only book that says how it can be done, no other source is given. Prove everything, not with wisdom of words but with strong doctrine. Quote

It has been put forth that the "name" of God, or of Jesus is His character. May I ask what you think of this idea, and if you have any scripture in mind which would say NO to this idea? Also, I would be interested to hear you comment on how important your doctrine of the name is? Are you saying that people will not be saved unless they only use the name of Yahshua? Brother, I have responded to this several times. I have showed every place that says there is one name that brings salvation and to be baptized in the name of Yahshua. It says the name is Yahshua the Christ, the name given to him by Yahweh I have shown as much with scripture. After quoting these passages I asked for one passage or as many as they could find showing where it says in "the character of". So all I ask is that any one of the people putting forth the idea about it being character alone to show what places in the bible support this idea. Brother, I answered this question a couple times now, though I don't mind answering it again. Here are the other time I answered this question on here. __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ "We are judged by the Doctrine, light, and truth we have received. Romans 6:17 “But God be thanked, that ye were the servants of sin, but ye have obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine which was delivered you.” Romans 2:12, 16-20 12 For as many as have sinned without law shall also perish without law: and as many as have sinned in the law shall be judged by the law; 16 In the day when God shall judge the secrets of men by Jesus Christ according to my gospel. 17 Behold, thou art called a Jew, and restest in the law, and makest thy boast of God, 18 And knowest his will, and approvest the things that are more excellent, being instructed out of the law; 19 And art confident that thou thyself art a guide of the blind, a light of them which are in darkness, 20 An instructor of the foolish, a teacher of babes, which hast the form of knowledge and of the truth in the law. Some people only have a small piece of the truth. For example there are some people who have only received the book of Matthew, that is all the light and truth that they have ever known. If they obey everything from the book of Matthew(the Truth they have received) they will be saved. Because they have followed from the Heart the from of Doctrine/truth delivered unto them. But you and I both know there is so much more than Matthew to be received and so much more truth and knowledge to bring us closer to God and the Full truth of his word. So lets say the same people received the book of Acts and they believed it was true then they are still saved but are now stronger in the Faith for having more truth. So to the point now, every man is judged by what he has received so those who have died without knowing the true name are saved because they believed wholeheartedly the truth that was given to them and did not have access to the Whole Truth/Correct Name. But they did not have the whole truth and were therefore weaker in the Faith because of it, making it easier to be deceived. Every man should seek the whole truth always renewing his mind that he may be transformed to prove the perfect will of God(Romans 12:2). The more truth you have the stronger you are in the fatih. In this day and Age every man and woman(who is mentally/physically capable) has the opportunity to seek the truth for themselves(in countries that are technologically advanced at least). Finding the true name is far simpler than it was 200 years ago or even a hundred years ago. The name can be found even just by looking in the Strongs concordance, it does take time to reach the truth(12 or more hours at the most) then if you really want to know the truth you research it for a month, two months pouring over everything you can find mentioning the true name. But every person(every modern society at least) has that ability to know the true name, therefore they have no excuse. Seek and you will find(Matt 7:7-8). We are commanded to renew our mind brother, commanded to question everything so that we may come to the full knowledge of the truth(Romans 12:2). Anyone who does not question the doctrine and the name they currently have/are using, disobey that commandment by being content and satisfied with what they already have. We are to study to show ourselves approved. 2 Timothy 2:15 It is our Faith Alone that saves us brother, but we must have the right name(especially after we know the truth). Once I found the true name I told everyone I knew about it, because that is what we are called to do brother, preach the truth and correct lies. I know the True name so I am obligated to preach it to everyone now that I know. Letting someone teach in a false name is letting someone teach a lie. I can't stand idly by while it is being done. It is the same as seeing a man who teaches that God commands us to keep the Pagan holiday Christmas, or keep the Pagan custom of Cutting yourself for the dead, it is something that must be corrected. If a man comes to you with the truth and you deny it you are now guilty for turning away from it. The truth is a double edged sword. Every man that is brought the truth can have his heart pierced/pricked and be saved. Or he can deny it and be damned. But he is not accountable until he hears, we are commanded to bring him the doctrine that he may hear, and we are commanded to Baptize in the true name of Christ, Yahshua. Romans 10:12-18; Mark 16:15; Hebrews 10:26; 2 Peter 2:21; Matt 28:19-20; Acts 4:12" ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ " We are saved by Faith alone(Ephesians 2:8-9) but we are justified by faith and works(James 2:14-26). So if we have faith we will keep the commandments of the Lord(Revelation 14:12-13; John 14:15-21). One of Those commandments, and one of those works that must be done, is that we must be born again(John 3:1-8; 1 Peter 1:23; Colossians 3:10; 2 Corinthians 5:15-17; Titus 3:5; John 1:11-13). Baptism is the means by which we are born again(Romans 6:3-11; John 3:2-7; Galatians 2:19-20; Colossians 2:10-15,19-23) born in the spirit(John 3:6; Galatians 4:29). In order for the Baptism to work you have to have a name(Matthew 28:19-20; Acts 2:38; Acts 19:5). Not just any name but a name so special, powerful, and unique that it was the only name of its kind given under heaven(Acts 4:10-12; Matt 28:18-20; Acts 10:48). A name given to us by God Himself, given to us in God's own name(John 5:43)(Yah). The bible speaks in great detail on this matter, and does not fail in stressing the magnitude and importance of the only name heaven has given us to be saved. " ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Brother, a man who believes in Christ(and is physically able) must be baptized to be saved(Mark 16:16), we cannot enter into the kingdom of heaven if we are not born again/baptized(John 3:1-8; 1 Peter 1:23; Colossians 3:10), there is only one name we can be baptized in to be saved(Acts 4:10-12; Matt 28:18-20; Acts 10:48). It is our faith that saves us, but it is by faith AND works that we are justified. I hope this has helped to answer your question brother. Quote

People did not start realizing(in mass) how corrupted the name of God had become(largely by the catholic church) until the 1950s that much I agree with. Like most things that are true they are usually destroyed or hidden by those who hate the truth that is why the Catholic's changed the name to Jesus/Iesus/Iesous(a name closer to a Pagan God than the son of God) changing the truth to a lie. The Jews were the first people to change the Lord's name, since they believed the Lord's name Yah was to sacred to be spoken(and to call a man this name a sin) they called Yahshua, Yeshua removing the Yah from his name. Did Saul go by his given name or did he go by Paul? And what about Peter and the other apostles? Our names are not what matters brother, it is the name we come in and the word we preach that has meaning. You can call me whatever you name you wish. I will call you brother, because that is what you are to me. 2. I agree brother, giving my name is not Important as it will not help in any way to bring people closer to the truth and salvation. 3. I agree again brother, we are known by the aspects of our lives by our actions, if I come in the Lord's name preaching his word only using the word of God then you know me by my actions, not by my name. As I said brother call me whatever name you wish, and that will be the name you know me by. 4. The last part of you third sub point indicates you judge people by their past. Remember brother whatever measure we use to judge people by that is the means by which we are judged. We are to judge all things by the word of God alone, by the Law of Christ. Judge me by the word I have shown you brother, not my history. I would believe a man who killed a hundred people but can prove what he is saying is true(concerning the word of God), over a man who has never committed a crime who cant prove anything(with the word of God). What I have told you here today, is how you should evaluate what I have told you here today. Prove all things by the word of God alone brother, don't say a man's past proves anything do not the ungodly do the same? How would you have judged Paul who killed so many Christians? Would you have said his past indicates his character and the word he has brought you? Many people love to say Judge not least ye be Judged. (Matt 7:1-2) But of course they fail to quote the next verse. Which goes on to say, least ye be judged by the measure in which you used to judge. Which is great. Because all will be Juged by the word of God in the Last day. So also are Christ followers to judge all things by the word of God and by the same word will they be judged. 1 Cor 2:15, 6:2-5 Quote

I would disagree that Strongs is easy for anyone to use. Yes, you can get a dictionary meaning of individual words, but words are often used in ways that are different from their meanings. These are known as idioms (a group of words established by usage as having a meaning not deducible from those of the individual words). In one recent read thru in the KJV, I collected a large number of sayings that mean different from what the individual words mean. Use of such irregularities of another language is one of the things that make it hard to learn a new language. This is also part of why humor in another language is so hard to understand, if not the hardest part of learning a new language. My wife speaks good English, but if I tell her a joke, I have to stop and explain it and maybe she will get it. She cannot tell me Spanish jokes. Jokes are so much a play on words. 1 hour ago, Disciple of YHWH said: As to your quote from Wikipedia brother, the name Yahshua was the original name used/given. As mentioned, scholars are still in disagreement on the transliterations. And when I read the Hebrew, even "Yahweh" is an incorrect pronunciation. I suspect that at sometime in the past, scribes began playing with the "jots and tittles" so that no one can misuse the name of God anymore. Religious Jews never use the name of God. So, I follow along and also do not write how I see the name of God pronounced because then we will be in another fight over a holy name. All that said, the vast majority of the people on earth who call upon God do not use Hebrew names or even the transliterated into English names someone came up with. But God still hears their cries. Really time to stop the arguing over God's holy name. We are even invited to not call Him by His "formal name", but call Him "my/our Father." Moderators Gregory Matthews Posted June 7, 2018 Moderators Posted June 7, 2018 Dueto the discussion of the alleged names for Jesus, YWHW & YAHSHUA. I suggest you reqd teh folloowing article: https://reasonsforhopejesus.com/should-we-call-his-name-jesus-or-yahweh-or-yeshua/ The following comes from the above article which should be read in full: The Hebrew name Yeshua means God is Salvation. Etymology (the study of the history of words, their origins and how their meanings have changed over time) tells us how the name Jesus came to be. The Hebrew/Aramaic name of Yeshua was translated as the Greek name Iesous. Then it was translated into Latin as Iesus, and from the Latin “Iesus” came the Anglicized name of Jesus. While the Anglicized name “Jesus” is found in the Hebrew Scriptures as Yehoshua or Joshua, it should be noted that this name is found only of men, never in reference to God. Yahweh is the name of God found in the Old Testament. *** *** *** Yeshua is the name the Jews continue to use to refer to the man Jesus of Nazareth. They believe him to have been nothing more than a good man and a prophet. Therefore the name Yeshua does not proclaim Jesus as the Messiah of Israel or the Lord and Saviour of mankind. Remember, there were other men named Yeshua in the Bible….and they were nothing more than mere mortal men. If a Christian desires to use the Hebrew name, Yeshua, it is certainly acceptable. However, it would be good to include one of Jesus’ titles so He is clearly identified as the Son of God. Call Him Yeshua Ha Mashiach, which is translated into English as Jesus the Messiah. “Yeshua” coupled with the title “Ha Mashiach” leaves little doubt of Jesus’ Lordship. Another Hebrew title that could be coupled with the name Yeshua is, Ha Moshia. Yeshua Ha Moshia is translated as Jesus the Saviour and that clearly proclaims Jesus to be the promised Redeemer. phkrause 1 Quote Gregory

JoeMo Posted June 7, 2018 Posted June 7, 2018 Disciple, I was baptized in the Name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit as a trinitarian. Since then, my theology has evolved; and I have read is several places that we are to be baptized in the Name of Jesus. Furthermore, I am no longer a Trinitarian, since I do not accept the Personhood of the Holy Spirit. Now it appears that you are telling me that unless I was baptized in the precise Name of Yahshua, my baptism is invalid and I am not saved. Do I infer correctly? Quote

Brother I am standing firm in what I believe brother proving everything by the word of God alone. I make a clear stand for what I say is true by proving it with the Word of God alone, just as we are commanded to do. My name is Stephen but if I choose to call myself Paul or Jeff or Mark or Matt I can call myself whatever name I wish, and so can you, just as Saul was called Paul. Our personal names do not matter. The name of the Lord and the word of God is what is important brother. You are making an argument out of nothing brother. Merely a strife of words. Quote

I suggest you reqd teh folloowing article: https://reasonsforhopejesus.com/should-we-call-his-name-jesus-or-yahweh-or-yeshua/ The following comes from the above article which should be read in full: Brother, The reason the Jews called Yahshua, Yeshua is becasuse they though the name of God Yah was to holy to be spoken. They developed this belief as early as the Third century B.C. but they did not always believe this, they first called YHWH by his name original name, not Adonay. YHWH's original name Yah is the name Christ came in(, Yahshua. But since the Jews believe it was to Holy to be spoken(and a sin for a mere man to carry God's name) they called him Yeshua removing God's name from the equation. They were the first to change the name and they refuse to call him by his original name Yahshua to this day(denying his divinity) just as they refuse to call the Father Yahweh by his original name Yah(YHWH). Yahshua means God is Salvation, the name of God(Yah) was removed by the Jews making it Yeshua. Putting the Yah back into the name makes it Yahshua. John 5:43"I come in my fathers name" Yah Act's 26:14 Paul heard a voice in hebrew. John 17:12 Acts 4:12 " A name by which we must be saved" "YAHshua" Yahshua John 3:18, Php 2:9-10 God gave him a name above every name. There is salvation in no other name. Acts 4:12, Romans 10:13, Acts 2:21, Zech 13:9, Ps 79:2. (Romans 10:9 YAHSHUA) John 12:28 "Father glorify thy name". Psalm 68:4 By his name YAH not with a J But with a(Y) Rev 19:6 Hallelluya=Translated praise our God YAH. His name will be the everlasting father, Yah. Isaiah 9:6 6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. John 5:43 43 I am come in my Father's name, and ye receive me not: if another shall come in his own name, him ye will receive. Psalm 135:1 YHWH- Yahweh Hebrew 3068 from base of 3050 Yah Genesis 15:2-3069 [e] Yah·weh יֱהוִה֙ GOD 3050. Yah Part of Speech: Proper Name Transliteration: Yah Phonetic Spelling: (yaw) Proper name of Deity-the Lord-Yah Exodus 17:16-3050 [e] yāh, יָ֔הּ of the LORD He came in his father's name Yah. I would probably disagree with you on "Yahshua" being the original name. We are even invited to not call Him by His "formal name", but call Him "my/our Father." Brother, Each word has a meaning, it's just that each word usually has multiple meanings so only by looking at the context the word is used In can we derive the meaning of the word being used. YHWH is not spoken by the Jews out of traditions made by men brother. It was given to them by God, it is the name of God nothing is more sacred than the Lord's name and his word brother. And neither of them should be changed. Yes God still hears their cries. Just as he judges the deeds of those who never read his word, but keep it by nature, as righteous. That doesn't mean we shouldn't bring the truth to them. Those without the truth are easily deceived and are weaker in the faith, we are called to bring the truth brother. The truth is that the name of Christ is Yahshua and every man who has access to a computer or a Strong's concordance has the ability to find this out for themselves. And are therefore accountable. This is not about calling the Father by his proper name YHWH. This is about being baptized and using the proper name of Christ Yahshua. The only name given to us by God by which we might achieve salvation. His name is THE MOST important name there is brother, the bible doesn't fail to stress this fact brother. Why else would it say over and over again that it was the only name given under heaven by which a man might be saved, that it is the only name to baptized in, that it is the name of God a sacred name that brings salvation to all those who believe and are born again in it. A man must believe and be Baptized in his name to be saved. Every man in the bible that believed on Yahshua was baptized in his name. There is no two ways about it brother. I invite you to show me where in the bible it says the name isn't important. As I have showed you consistently from God's word that it is. Quote

Brother, Now that you know the name(though you might not believe it) you are now accountable for knowing the true name. Before I had told you the name you may not have been accountable. But because I have told you the true name Yahshua, you must be baptized again in that name because your former baptism has been made invalid because it was not done in the only name that brings salvation. Now don't think I am judging you to harshly brother. I also was baptized in the false name of Jesus(many years ago) and when I and Brother Mark found out the correct name I became damned. Until I am baptized again in the only name given Yahshua. Because brother mark(the Lord's pastor) died before I could be baptized I am damned until I meet a brother who agrees with me on all things concerning the word of God and who accepts the true name of Christ Yahshua. I am damned for not being baptized(in the name of Yahshua), and I cannot be baptized until I find or am delivered a brother, as a man cannot baptize himself. I know this to be a fact otherwise I wouldn't preach/teach this to people. As I said before brother we are all judged by the word of God, I make no excuse, allowance, or loophole for myself, so neither will I make up any excuse for someone else. As of right now brother, you and I are both damned for knowing the truth and not following it(concerning baptism in the correct name). Now will the Lord account my faith for righteousness? Because I lack the ability to be baptized correctly will he judge me solely by the works I am able to complete, and the faith I have in him, his son, and his word? I cannot say, What I do know is that since I have not been born again, I am damned without repentance, without the washing away of my sins. Quote

I say this with all sympathy for your position - your revelation is not my revelation. I do not feel condemned whatsoever - only loved. Does God "convict me of sin? Yes; but He never condemns me. I feel so sorry for people who feel condemned by God rather than cherished by Him. Do you love Yahweh and His Son Yahshua? Do you believe Yahshua is who He says He is and has done what He said He has done? Then you are His son! I view the concern over being baptized the right way the same way Paul viewed circumcision Romans 2:28: "A person is not a Jew who is one only outwardly, nor is circumcision merely outward and physical. 29 No, a person is a Jew who is one inwardly; and circumcision is circumcision of the heart, by the Spirit, not by the written code.Such a person’s praise is not from other people, but from God." Think about this, brother. You appear to be a true believer, fervent for your God and His values. Don't get hung up on a single issue condition for salvation. God is looking at your heart. Many who are not baptized (or baptized in the name of Yehshua) will be in the Kingdom. Unless you abandon your trust in a loving God to save you, you will be in His Kingdom. This is one of the reasons I tend to believe seldom does one ever change their mind or viewpoint regarding things they read on line in opinion websites. (Still like forums though). I gave good reasons why "Yahshua" is unnecessary for everyone to accept, even scholars are debating the "English equivalent" of the name. I have seen no name for Jesus in the OT that is pronounced as you put forth. For you to continue to say that everyone must accept your interpretation of Hebrew and that another person's baptism is invalid because they do not follow your ideas is sad. You remind me of what Paul said, " ... Yet, they want you to be circumcised so that they can brag about what was done to your body." GW version. You can refit this verse to cover having someone else adopt your ideas. I fear the Lord with all my being brother, he is the only one I fear. I do not fear death. I pray the Lord judges me worthy of Salvation, that he will judge me by the works I am able to complete and that my faith with be accounted for righteousness. But if I die in sin, not doing the Lord's work then I am damned. I repent daily, hourly at times, but unless a man is born again by water and spirit there is no guarantee he will see the kingdom of heaven. I believe the Lord will judge me by the works I am able to perform and by my faith, but since I was not baptized in the correct name when I had the chance I do not know if it will be held against me. Acts 8:36 36 And as they went on their way, they came unto a certain water: and the eunuch said, See, here is water; what doth hinder me to be baptized? I do not conform myself to this world to follow after the lusts and sin within it, I follow instead the Law of Spirit contained in the New testament minding the spiritual things. But of water I have not been born again. Which is why there is doubt and I am not certain whether or not I will achieve salvation on the day of Judgment. The only way to be certain about one's claim on salvation is to be born by both Spirit and Water. John 3:5-6 5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. 6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. I can see how someone could view the circumcision in the same way as this. But we are now Jews after circumcision of our heart, a circumcision that Paul says goes hand in hand with the burial and death that we receive with baptism in Yahshua the Christ. Through baptism our body of sin is made dead so that we are raised in newness in spirit. Romans 10:8 8 But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach; Philippians 3:3 3 For we are the circumcision, which worship God in the spirit, and rejoice in Christ Jesus, and have no confidence in the flesh. Colossians 2:11-13 11 In whom also ye are circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ: 12 Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead. 13 And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses; Romans 6:3-11 3 Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death? 4 Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life. 5 For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection: 6 Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin. 7 For he that is dead is freed from sin. 8 Now if we be dead with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with him: 9 Knowing that Christ being raised from the dead dieth no more; death hath no more dominion over him. 10 For in that he died, he died unto sin once: but in that he liveth, he liveth unto God. 11 Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord. I have not become dead to the body of flesh, and born again in the Newness of spirit. The only way to achieve this is to be baptized in the manner the Lord has commanded, full submersion in water in the Name of Yahshua the Christ. So again brother though I follow and have faith in the Lord I am not saved, because I have not been born again in the Newness of spirit dead to the body of sin. Quote
