David said that he humbled himself with fasting and prayer and mourned greatly for those who caused his hurt and mourned for them as one would for a brother or mother. When he is vindicated and saved by the Lord from his enemies, then David will speak of His/ The Lord's righteousness and of His praise all the day long.
