Thank you for asking again. It looks like we have not discussed Dan 11:36-37 in this topic.

Today it is looking like Iran will attack our fleet in the Persian Gulf, possibly on  December 27.  

IRAN is on record as saying that if a war should break out with America, it will target the aircraft carriers since they are the biggest threat to Iran's territory. Iran said it will take 24 simultaneous strikes to sink a carrier and they have synchronized their speed boat flotilla to  position themselves around the carriers at the first sign of trouble.

President Obama will return from Hawaii and have indignation against the Covenant (America's Constitution that forbids him from remaining in office a third term) and then he will move against God's Covenant (national Sunday law) and then against God's people. The final events will be rapid ones.

“And the king shall do according to his will; and he shall exalt himself, and magnify himself above every god, and shall speak marvellous things against the God of gods, and shall prosper till the indignation be accomplished: for that that is determined shall be done. Neither shall he regard the God of his fathers, nor the desire of women, nor regard any god: for he shall magnify himself above all. But in his estate shall he honour the god of forces: and a god whom his fathers knew not shall he honour with gold, and silver, and with precious stones, and pleasant things.” (Daniel 11:36-37).

The god of forces is most likely the SDI (Star Wars Weapons) that Reagan, Bush i, Clinton, and Bush II (fathers) have been funding and implementing for 30 years. They require gold and silver circuitry and precious stones (special crystals that the US has been growing on the ISS in zero gravity). Without the US aircraft carriers to provide fire power in the region, the SDI weapons will pack a punch. That's why the US has been so willing to reduce our nuclear arsenal and allow Russia to maintain more nuclear warheads. If Russia should launch them, the SDI lasers can detonate them over Russian territory and use their own weapons against them. But that is old news. I wrote Gorbachev of that in the 1980's. He responded by having an international peace conference and inviting President Wilson to attend. And then by allowing us to open a seminary in Russia.

The GC has a copy of that letter in their archives.

By the way the SDI laser weapons are prophetically "calling fire down from heaven"

It is coming together and that which yet is to be will be in its order.

But I am working on an article about prophetic time after 1844 and finishing my book about Daniel and Revelation so I don't have time to do these long replies right now. Some things are time sensitive. A warning about the pending war with Iran is not as useful if it is published after the war starts.

hch could be referring to Neal C. Wilson, president of the SDA General Conference from 03 Jan 1979 to 06 July 1990.

As HCH was commenting on the SDI I would wonder why Gorbachev would invite the President of the GC to attend a peace conference.  I simply did not  see any connection between a major military project and the SDA denomination.  What would President Neal Wilson have to contribute to an International Peace Conference?   So, remain confused by HCH's post.

NIV Daniel 11:29-31    30 Ships of the western coastlands will oppose him, and he will lose heart. Then he will turn back and vent his fury against the holy covenant. He will return and show favor to those who forsake the holy covenant.  31 "His armed forces will rise up to desecrate the temple fortress and will abolish the daily sacrifice. Actually the SDI weapons are quite interesting when the archives are studied. But that info has been removed over time from the net and the name has been changed to BMO (during Clinton's Presidency) and then changed again by Bush II to make it difficult to learn anything of value. I had an ongoing file about them in real time that I have since destroyed. Wiped the hard drive reformatted it and sold the computer for a gaming machine to a complete stranger.

But some interesting facts about SDI that you might be able to confirm if you go to the trouble:

The US spent 10 billion annually for SDI development for decades beginning at Reagan. Why did the US keep spending so much money while saying that the systems did not work? And why did GW withdraw the USA from the ABM treaty that forbid the US from deploying SDI if there was nothing to deploy? 

The expenditures were disguised in plain sight in the budget as $750 hammers and $2000 toilet seats for jet fighters so that the money spent on secret projects was ridiculed as GOVERNMENT WASTE while it did its secret work. And recent news articles show that we are still wasting large amounts on foolish items. And the public is none the wiser.

A fighter jet equipped with as laser device intercepted a rocket over white sands missile range and blew it away

A dummy missile  sitting on the launch pad at white sands missile range was zapped with a laser beam  from a device mounted on a tower and the missile fell into a pile of  scrap that was sent to the FBI lab for analysis. Findings: structural integrity of the bonds that kept the metal together broke for no apparent reason.

And lithium-barium particles have been discharged into the upper stratosphere by the space shuttle to form dust clouds to test the optics used in the SDI program. And then came the megacryometeor phenomenon (very large chunk of ice falling from the sky). While researching this I encountered Jesus Martinez (a NASA scientist who was studying megacryometeor formation. He was baffled by them. In all appearance they are normal hail stones with dust particles at the center and onion skin formation, but they are huge. We discussed instances occurring at Loma Linda Calif, Florida, and Spain. When he could not understand them, I finally explained them to him from cause to effect. The shuttles leaving Florida have a course over Spain and path over California. Since NASA was conducting these lithium-barium dust discharges to test the SDI optics, all Martinez had to do was to examine NASA records to correlate the course of the shuttles that released the particles, their altitude at the time of the release, and the corresponding reports of megacryometeorite  episodes. He broke off the conversation. But this past summer ABC reported that a plane that had been on a secret mission landed at Andrews AFB. The only things known about that mission is that the plane had been airborne for 366 days and it was collecting air samples. And the obvious fact that everything that NASA sends up into space belongs to NASA on the way up and when it returns. So the big experiment that released over 100 pounds of lithium-barium particles that will soon return to earth as megacryometeorites when their decaying orbit can no longer sustain them aloft is something that the government does not want to link to NASA when the dust comes down as hailstones weighing a talent. It is secret because the government does not want correlation to that experiment of 30 years ago when it goes so wrong in our day. 

That which is prophesied will be at the appointed time whether the saints study to show themselves approved of God or whether they sit by and twiddle their thumbs and wait to see.

You would have to read my letter to Gorbachev that is archived at the GC (and maybe his reply which was not shared with the GC). And of course Gorbachev is still alive and could be asked about the subject. If you are really curious, you could ask the GC to share my letter with you or file a freedom of information request to get a copy from the US government.  Cause and effect is at work behind the scenes, while the Coming of our Lord gets still closer.

GW set up the abomination of desolation when he said on 9/20/2001 that "the teachings of Muslims are good." They teach salvation apart from Christ, which is a death sentence to all who believe that lie. It does away with both Christ's Sacrifice in our behalf and the oblation (the need for us to accept Christ as our personal Savior).

Obama has set up the abomination of homosexual intimacy that is a death sentence (according to God's word) to those who believe that lie. But that does not trouble some folks who see it as an Old Testament prohibition found next to the warning not eat shell fish. 

But Obama's final abomination of desolation is probably the National Sunday Law. Those who accept that lie when the truth is known, will be exalting Obama and the papacy above God. It does away with the Law of God and the oblation (the need for us to obey the Law of God).

Anyone can write something 30 years later and back date it.

Write to President Wilson at the GC and request that he have it retrieved from the archives dating to his dad's term as President and put it in the Review for all to read. Then you will know that it is the real deal.

When Jesus spoke about THE abomination of desolation, was He referring to more than one?  The setting up of the AoD will trigger the great tribulation or time of trouble. Since according to you there are three AoD's, are you saying there will be 3 different great tribulations that will be triggered?  I think this will go against Christ's specification that there will only be one great tribulation.

Some prophecy is to be repeated. When Bush II became the the prince of the Covenant in 2001, he fulfilled much of Daniel 9 that relates to endtime events. And Obama as a continuation of Bush II will fulfill the remainder. It is a fascinating study that shows us exactly where we are in endtime events.

The National Sunday Law will probably be the AoD that is the final fulfillment of the prophecy.
