I may be wrong, but I have not found any country or kingdom where there are no laws that apply. Therefore, why would you think that the Kingdom of Heaven would be any different? As I see it, God has laws that one must keep or you will not be in this Kingdom. Call it whatever you want--it is still a smart thing to do to obey the laws of God.

Ludifer/Satan was kicked out of Heaven because of sin. It didn't make any difference how large a 'spot' of sin it was--it was still a 'spot' and 'spots' were not allowed in heaven!

Of course sin affects heaven. There's a record of sins made in heaven. Sin affects God, His reputation and His sanctuary. Hebrews 9: 23 states it plainly that sin affects the things in heaven, and that they need to be purified.
